I was really hesitant about getting this car cuz all I've ever owned was Infinitis , so i was car shopping and sent out some emails. Then Acura called me telling me about there new 2018 tlx , cut a very long story short i test drove the a spec ilx and the tlx , i had to go with the tlx 2.4 due to the dct , i was really impressed it makes 206 hp feel a whole lot faster .. the shifts are amazingly smooth and effortless into switching between gears . I had a 2012 g37 sedan . I loved that car based on the looks and the engine but i was getting tired of that slow ass transmission.. every time i merged on a highway and accelerated there was like a 3 sec delay . I love the way my tlx drives the infotainment is quick the engine is butter and the wind noise is barely there . Acura has converted me .. but if Infiniti makes the q60 black s good bye acura lol

I had the 07 Infiniti G35 and the biggest mistake they made was moving to that terrible 7AT. I agree... completely sluggish and always looking for a better gear. If they made an AWD in MT, I'd go back in a second. Picking up an AWD Aspec Red next week. Although it's a bit underwhelming overall, it checks off many of my needs right now.

"A nice sized navigation screen"?  How about give us consumers some numbers and be more specific.  The top screen is 8", the lower screen is 7".  For 2018 the lower infotainment screen has been updated with a better menu layout and a capacitive touch screen with faster response.  2017 and prior uses a resistive touch screen and there is always a 1-2 sec delay when you press a button.  It also now supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.  Having said all that, all Honda/Acura V6 models now comes with VCM, which is the dumbest technology Honda came up with for decades.  There isn't even an option to disable it.  For this alone I will not be buying another Honda product.

The Canadian model gets the power folding mirrors and a heated steering wheel, wonder why they left it off the US version.

WTF was broken that resulted in the stupid button shifter? Where's the readily accessible bypass to roll and steer the car out of a hazardous location when the battery dies?

Thanks for watching, Norm! The front grille is completely redesigned for the 2018 TLX, with some changes in the rear exterior as well. And this new A-Spec trim has some fun new features as well. Maybe stop into the dealership and check it out in person, or check out our "5 Favorite Features" video for more! Thanks again!

For being almost 50k & it has a Standard moon roof & the same cock pit from the previous tlx is a joke, infinit, Mercedes, & BMW are way better choices for the price

You're not getting in any Benz or BMW for 50K with all these features. Try 55-65K for those two. Even the Infiniti is more expensive than this with similar features.
