The problem causing the noise was just me ,swapping two shims by mistake on one cylinder.

      Salut,
      Merci.

под клапан снизу подкладывают тряпку чтоб он не утапливался , берут головку подходящего диаметра (диаметр тарелки клапана ) и резко не сильно бьют сверху молотком по головке uncouple the valve is very simple! they put a rag under the valve so that it does not sink, they take a head of a suitable diameter (the diameter of the valve disc) and do not sharply hit the top with a hammer on top https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=97&v=TTP8jktK-_0

That’s an incomplete job. He did not decarbonise the piston heads. He had to only crank the engine the other two would have come up. This Usmaan Bhai would have done.

It's not like if they had 1 cm of carbon onit,it was really a small amount.

The next time you do this type of repair, apply fresh engine oil to the cylinder walls (100 ml per cylinder) before putting head on the engine block
Then the engine will start without a problem :)
Overall, it was nice to watch, I did the same as I was repairing the 2.0 16v (RFV) engine in the Peugeot 406
      Greetings!

I replaced axle seals and boots, like the seals on cranck and cam,oil pump and ignition side ,wich is a normal thing to do on all cars each time you change a timing belt kit.
My brother has a 19 old peugeot 206 and it's exactly the same.
Cras usually run like crap because they are not maintained properly, and quite more rarely because they are badly designed.
This one is okay, never really got a problem caused by design, except the carburetor, wich had an intentionnal vacuum leak and a warping carb seat ,caused by lack of heat protection, but they made a part to fix that :
      https://youtu.be/tRF7nT7IVzU
And this one is not a luxury car, there is no power steering on it,it's a just a normal sedan for the average consummer in the late 80's early 90's.

we just saw the engine ruining how about drive axle seals and engine seals and unusual noise.......... if you comper this car with other France car such as Peugeot 405 in 80`s and 90`s you see the different but if one car run well it doesn't mean all of them good in other side this car was kind of luxury car so it should be common to need more maintenance.
