No doubt about it, the all-new 2019 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 is the boss’s pickup. It even has the trick MultiPro tailgate that has more positions than a politician. But there are a lot of luxury trucks to choose from these days. Tom Voelk looks at loaded model with the big 6.2-liter V8 to find out if it’s worth the retail price of $67,000. See? It is the boss’s truck.

Why can't GM build a decent interior? Their flagship truck looks like a base model Ram.

Truck sucks. The brown interior is uglyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy,
I like the black one though. I have a 2019 GMC Sierra and the plastic
piece on the seat belt wall track were it comes out constantly pops out.
The transmissions slips all the time and now I have a fucking warning
that says that the steering column is locked. All this in less than 3
months. I should of bought a Toyota Tundra
      !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unreliable Government motors crap again. No thank you I’ve been burned by them on a few vehicles. Though it’s an interesting video, it’s good to see what all the companies are doing, but I buy Nissan and Toyota now and I’m not looking back. My 2019 tundra Limited has more safety features in this vehicle and it was not via a $5800 option either. However, I will say it’s nice looking. But no thank you, I don’t need big repair bills like I’ve had in the past with General Motors cars. Note: The cylinder disengagement stuff and the start stop function is just more crap that will break. Nope

I lease my GMC every 3 years, and I just traded in my 2016 Sierra Denali 1500 truck for the 2019 Denali in April 2019. I loved my 2016, it was fully loaded, but this 2019 version is a big update to the 2016. The 2019 has blind spot indicators (awesome), also cross traffic indicators great when backing up, heads up display, camera in my review mirror very bright view, rear seat airconditioning/heating vents, my passengers always complained in my 2016, new rear heated seat (sweet), tailgate is incredible. Also 2019 is quieter than my 2016, especially on those concrete highways, which I still fell it shudders a bit, but not as bad as my 2016. The 360 degree camera system allows me to back up in any parking spot. I was always rubbing my rims on the 2016 trying to park on the end spot. And seeing the hitch when connecting to my trailer is a great feature. Phone wireless charging (that works for my IPhone and new airpod case), and the interior display is very responsive. Everything on the 2019 is a big update from the 2016. The new transmission is so smooth, that on the 2016 every time I stopped I always thought that someone bumped into me because the transmission always clunked. Anyways, i do not miss my 2016 Denali :)

Great vid. All is explained well except one thing: towing. How bout' a couple or three trips up and down Tiger Summit with a heavy boat or a load of rock in a dump trailer? Seriously thinking about another truck tow regularly, next trip how about some towing?

Love the exterior on the Elevations, too much chrome on other models..but the interior, even on the Denali, is absolute garbage. It boggles the mind how they thought that was acceptable on a 60k truck.

Good video. I have a ‘15 Denali and honestly, there’s nothing about the new one that makes me jealous. GM kinda phoned this one in.
