Even Tibetan are restrained from moving one part of Tibet to another while the Chinese are given incentives such as jobs, loans, and education if they move to Tibet.
The Tibet Autonomous Region released data stating that Tibet had 25 million visitors in one year - the figure is doubtful as total population of Tibet is less than 4 million. Of course millions of Chinese visit each year to Tibet.

We still remember how terrible rail traveling was 30 years ago in China. Since then it has improved beyond recognition.

China is a vast country on its way to build hi-speed rail to every corner of its land. Many places are of adverse geo-conditions making construction formidably difficult and costly. In such case, you can never expect any private company to do projects like that. Yet it is crucial to set up transportation in those areas for them to develope.

The train from Beijing to Lhasa Tibet takes 41 hours, the price for a sleeper ticket is less than €100.
The bullet train from Beijing to Hong Kong takes 9 hours with 2nd class seat for €120.

You need a permit to travel from China to Tibet. Is Tibet an independent state? I think it is only a region of China. Foreigners need a pass or permit, because of suspicious intelligence works.

Well China is above the world standards today. The west is busy in making allegations and fuelling tensions with everyone but China is rapidly building its nation silently

Are there a lot of smokers on this train? I took a soft sleeper train ride in Chine 2 years ago. Impossible to sleep from all the second hand smoke.

In any other country this railroad would never be built, because it will never recover the cost. Yet all the lying media talk about is how China mistreat Tibet.
