Sorry guys for not posting for a while, been a bit busy. I wanted to do this exhaust mod for a while, i didnt want to really spend $800-$1,000 for a new exhaust, cuz not everyone can afford it, and this channel is not just about installing bling parts left and right like some channels, its also about saving money and doing things cheaper and still awesome, so here comes this $55 exhaust mod. The pipe i got for free because the place had a bunch and were recycling them anyways, and the clamps i got on amazon for $20 for both, and the exhaust cut tool i got for $35, I bet some of you might be able to find these clamps on ebay cheaper and maybe even cut the exhaust with a grinder or a saw of you have that and it will be even cheaper for you if you can find a piece of pipe somewhere lol... I didnt want to weld it in, because i didnt want to make it permanent and also not everyone has a welder handy. This was just to show that anyone can do this with the basic tools, i hope you guys enjoyed. Ill try and get some more sound clips after install the exhaust tip on the next video

Very nice, but... You need to wear the safety glasses working under the truck or anytime you work on the truck, they can't replace eyeballs and they won't grow back.

+FixItNick no shit I didn't know that's how that worked I thought it was thinner/no piping = less back pressure which also meant less horsepower damn do I really have that backwards. My bad bro I gotta keep doing my research 😂 this is why I go to school for this shit

    • FixItNick
FixItNick In reply to 2 Joker

2 Joker nope no true, if you go thicker pipe you lose back pressure = horsepower unless you add more HP to maintain back pressure

    • 2 Joker
2 Joker In reply to 2 Joker

+FixItNick without the valve or resonator your loosing horsepower. I'm only being honest here you jumped through a few hoops to get it sounding good while also taking away some of it's power. I don't want to tell you what you should have done but it would have been easier to just do a 45 to 80 dollar exhaust whether it be flow master Magnaflow or cherry bomb. Look it's only my opinion it's your truck in the end I wish you the best of luck with it because it is still a nice truck.
