Modified F-150 all the way. But, If you have $70,000 (Half of a median house in some States), then go for it.

99% of people who buy a 70k Raptor are not gonna Baja off-road it. So a 35k modified F150 that looks visually close just makes sense.

So if the raptor would of not been invented. The f 150 mods would be justified to look nice. I m more of an a to b guy. Sound of motor, exhaust who cares. 150mph speed who cares cops and tickets will stop that shit. V6 with a 400 hp output and 500 torque nice more than enough. Back in the days trucks used to be trucks. I honestly didnt know limited, king ranch, lariat editions came with massager and heating seats that's just gay. Minus well throw a foot massager on the pedals and a bigger vanity mirror for the driver side and big bulb lights on it. Who needs all that shit when you are working or meant to drive like a man. The funniest thing it's the price 70k plus too much extra shit you just dnt need. You dnt have no business wanting one of these other than compensating for a small penus.

If you spent $8k on your baseline F-150 truck for a few cosmetic looks and a leveling kit that costs $200.... you ripped you own self off🤣

I'd rather skip out on the extra raptor features and get an XLT with added upgrades. Not necessarily for the price I just don't want my truck to sound like a Honda Civic.

So you put on tires, an exhaust, a CAI, and some purely cosmetic changes, and compare it's value to a raptor? Your XLT doesn't have 4 full doors, something that adds a couple thousand, and doesn't have 4 wheel drive, which adds another few thousand. And then you talk about paying $28k for the XLT; that's obviously way under MSRP. You either got it used, or with some heavy rebates. Yet you say the raptor is $70k, which *is* MSRP. But you paid $4,000 less than that.

The whole concept of this video is ridiculous. This isn't even apples to oranges. This is apples to broccoli.

When I seen what could be done to a stock f150, I traded in my jeep and bought my first F-150. This video convinced me the F-150 has the most after market mods of any truck available.

For sure. You can turn 2008 f150s into 2016 looking f150s.

Without a doubt they have by far the best aftermarket support out there. F150s are basically the Glock 19 of trucks.

is kind of like comparing apples to oranges because of the price difference, but I would rather have the Raptor. I have the STX sport 4x4 with some cool wheels and tires...It would take a lot of persuading to peel me away from "My Truck", so I get the fact that personal mods helps with owner appreciation. Great Video, thanks
