I don't think they made no factory mustang wagon

I'd love to know what combination of OEM body parts were used to make that Mustang wagon. I'd also like to know where the gas goes in because I see a body seam that makes me think the tailgate opens, which means the rear filler can't be functional.

Other than the Mustang wagon and the Mangusta, I've seen all of the rest. How could you not if you grew up in the 60's?

Ford NEVER built a mustang station wagon. It comes from a rumor around back in 1966 altho Ford NEVER did even prototype one some clever and very skilled people tried making some as to of coarse try to get a mint for them.
I remember their was a big controversy about it about 1991 or 92. The answer was eventually laid to rest by Ford company and the mustang man Himself Carol Shelby that it was NEVER MADE.
Even today some people think it's real. My brother has a 1968 Shelby GT that my dad my brother restored to mint condition in late 80s early 90s and I Remember there was an article about it one of his mustang magazines. In which again Ford and Carol Shelby all confirmed it was NEVER made

De Tomaso is not a muscle car from the true definition of the word being that it was not made in the USA by an American company and was NOT from the design of an American. Tho it did have an American Ford V8 and Ford co-manufactured for a few years but that was in foreign auto plants. So I did have a few hints of American muscle car it dies NOT CLASSIFY AS SUCh. Even with the fact that De Tomaso sold Panteras in the USA through Ford's Lincoln and Mercurydealers. Between 1971 and 1973,  that still doesn't help it to classify since any and all countries have either sold thru an American or foreign dealer
The De Tomaso Modena SpAwas an Italian car-manufacturing company.
Basically the only thing that even whispers muscle car is the 351 Cleveland Ford V8 that was in a few years of the Pantera.
Interesting note the Dr Tamaso was the car that lead singer of Mötley Crüe was driving when he killed his friend due to drunk driving in around 1988

Pretty arrogant to assume such. Sorry but I've seen them all and most are not really as unknown as you think. I believe since you didn't have any prior knowledge if them you just automatically assumed it was the same for the rest

I liked the way the Dodge Demon got smoked by the Chevy SS, which is built in Australia and imported into the USA.
