NHTSA will be adding this Oblique Overlap crash test to the NCAP procedure in 2019, a 15 Degree, 35% overlap frontal crash test at 56 Mph.
This particular batch of testing is to assess two different barrier types at three locations. (TRC Ohio, Calspan, and Karco Engineering.)

      Both should be going 56mph. There should be no stationary target. The cars would have way different outcome. This is unrealistic of a collision.
