He said it himself - it's an American Range Rover. As such, it needs to be as luxurious as it is capable off road. I think they did a really good job with that car. No wonder it's the reason why the whole Chrysler-jeep-dodge bunch didn't go bankrupt.

They are doing well compared to the time when Daimler was in charge but they are still in a brink of another one if they don't get a merger with another company.

Jake Rodgers you sir seem to be the stupid ignorant one. Your little brain dead red states hate public hand outs but accepts them like candy in the end. Were do you think those federal $$$ comes from... It comes from NY and California (and Texas) who give more to the federal government than all other 47 states combined. So respect the ones who fund your schools and your roads for you and the rest of your inbred family.

...never understand those little red states. They hate Obamacare but they're citizens enjoy it the most while people from people like myself in real states like NY and CA are once again flipping the bill.

+Jake Rodgers I don't think he said the WWII thing to be insolent or anything, but rather to say that at this point, Jeep's vehicles barely resemble anything they made during WWII. Now to the whole thing about the west and east coasts sinking. I think, rather than wasting two perfectly good land masses, we should put all the "liberals" (regressive leftists) onto a massive rocket and launch them into space.

Ok, look. Jeep is supposed to be synonymous with offroad capibilty as well as onroad. They have bastardized and pussified the grand cherokee so bad it's not even worthy to drive through a parking lot pothole puddle. What happened to solid axles? Coils and leaves instead of struts and independant suspension? So let me get this straight Jeep; you think because you offer one true offroad vehicle (the wrangler, which is underpowered and uncomfortable by the way) that you should still have the right to claim your previous heritige? I don't think so. You offer nothing short of citified, over-computerized junk. The jeep WJ was a great step in the right direction; v8 power, just enough room, comfort and a strong chassis with a great array of four wheel drive systems not to mention solid axles and sprung suspension. Then...you did an about-face and started producing garbage for the street-only just like the rest of the junk on the market. Why? Many companies have proven that ride quality can be obtained fron solid axles, if that is your gripe. I would never buy an SUV from you again. You should change your name because Jeep was always reserved for vehicles that were capable, not luxury loaded nightmarish overgrown cars....nice job destroying your namesake.

dude chill lol were you and when Toyota joined NASCAR too haha jeeps are amazing remember half the jeep buyers won't go off roading and BTW the reason the grand Cherokee still exist is becuase of this this truck competes and wins and accounts for basically all of jeeps sales its capable and luxurious I mean times have changed jeep is a luxury brand with off road capabilities think land/range rover BTW they are pretty capable for what they are

Yeah, "Jeep" has been slowly turning it's lineup into a bunch of junk, basically cars that look like SUV's. Apparently they like the metrosexual term "crossover" because thats all they make now. In my opinion they have had an identity crisis for the last 10 years and have alienated their true market.

...Hey... Shouldn't you guys change the name from "Cherokee" to something else? You fascist racists?
Oh it's all good to change a harmless candy bar from Red Skin to whatever, but a car which actively causes a bit of harm to the environment, named after a culture, is all good?

      Welcome to Earth.

By the way, do you know why we call 3 or more crows, a 'murder'? I think you can guess. Where are the crow Indians?

I suppose, I could make a car brand - just call it whatever - no-one cares anyway, apparently.

They cared enough to change the candy bar. Look at what John Oliver thinks of both of your arguments. That's if you care or not. And I expect you don't. That's ok, I know there's more people that do care, than don't.
