In this video I take the brand new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie edition deep into the woods and test it out! This truck belongs to my good friend Owen as of a few months ago. He's a long time Ram owner and the bottom line is, he loves it!!

I just purchase a brand-new ram 1500 limited two months later it is setting in my garage and will not start. I then tried calling the dealership multiple times and asked to speak with a service adviser they are refusing to answer the phone on multiple attempts the dealership name is prestige dodge in Las Vegas NV, this is very POOR customer service. I am new to the ram all my life I purchase GMC AND CHEVY TRUCKS I NOW KNOW THAT THIS PURCHASE OF MY 2019 RAM 1500 LIMITED WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I WILL INFORM ALL MY FAMILY AND FRINDS KNOW WHAT A MISTAKE IT IS TO DEAL WITH THE CHRYSLER CORP.

NOTE THE 2ND DAY IT OVER HEATED!

Im more than sure your old suburban will outlast this full of technolgy truck that will turn into electrical problems within few years and the engine will knock and burn oil by 100k miles using the new 0w20 oil thin as water.....

I got the classic. Its basically a 2018 with a 2019 VIN. It doesn't have the huge back seat or super nice console.

Jimmy- my '89 Buick has 2 electric fans; 1 pusher, 1 puller, and independently ECM controlled. Engine-mounted and the dreaded "fan clutch" are awful, and ancient technology- but are still sadly used by some models. I totally agree- electrics are awesome.

too bad a bunch of crack heads and druggies build these trucks That is why they are junk.
UAW support drug use and drinking on the job.
They don't make the engines/tras(cummins Diesel ), though that is why they run for a long time... but the rest of the truck is ready to fall a part as well as the electrical

Umm...this the 1500 packing the Hemi 5.7, not a Cummins.
The tranny is zpf though, not a bad thing.
Ford and GM are not really any better, cheap plastic and parts all over. In fact I think there is even more plastic on 2019 GM trucks.
Ford already had a recall on their 10 speed tranny.

Machine makes these trucks not people. I never saw a modern trunk simply fall apart.

It's a nice truck, but a working man truck? Not so sure. An everyday mans truck, a sportsman truck yes. Not seen many 1500 roll into the ranches or oil fields in Texas or Oklahoma.

It can do the work pretty well, on slightly less power than Ford and GM top engines.
I think nicest thing though is these trucks come loaded for the price compared to the others.

Nice! But I've always been a GM man. I bought my 2018 6.2 lt 4x4 GMC Sierra b/c I don't like the look and features of the 2019. My 2018 has 425hp and 460 ft/lbs of torque, with the 8 speed trans I can be going 85mph and not even be near 2000RPM. I can go over 500 miles in one tank.

+Rogelio Martinez actually it is the 27 gallon as it is a crew cab. The ticket is the 8 speed trans and very well calibrated cruise control. even at 80 mph i'm only doing like 1800 RPM if memory serves me right.

500 miles from a 36 gallon tank in impressive? Even a 26 gallon tank put you under 20mpg.
