Vehicles filmed at Dealerships are For Sale. Make sure to visit the dealerships website for detail info about each vehicle. If your watching a video thats older than 90 days you can expect that vehicle to most likely already being sold, unless its a new car.

FYI - Charleston Car Videos on YouTube Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people using my car videos to sell cars at dealerships all over the South East Region.

I'm Chad Dolbier the creator of CCV. After High School I was unsure of what to do for a career as many young adults are. Instead of going to college I decided to start working in the car business in 2000. My first car job was at Acura of Charleston being a car detailer/washer. In 2003 our Acura store started to clear land next door and built Audi of Charleston. After a few years passing and still detailing Acura's & Audi's in 2005 I was asked to be a car salesman. In 2006 I started the Internet Department for Acura & Audi. Then in 2008 is when the car videos all started up! 2010 is when I left Acura & Audi and started my own car dealership video business. So far today I've built YouTube channel for over 18 car brands & dealerships. So enjoy my channel and hopefully you can learn something new! As always I enjoy learning from you as well so make sure to send me your feedback!

THE EXPLORER because it’s bigger made by a more reliable company and just more amazing looking. It’s also really sporty and unique while the cx9 is plain and just boring

Ehh you can tow Alot more with the explorer. You also get a true 4WD with it. It depends on what you want. I own a 2018 Mazda 3 and I own a 2016 Mazda 6 and I own a 2019 explorer. And I can assure that the explorer feels better built. The Mazda does have more gadgets and stuff in it. But the knobs feel like crappy plastic. It has more luxury stuff in it but it's like a cheap luxury. The Ford can do the luxury and it'll feel like true luxury for a price I think the Platinum is like 50k 60k. With that said you buy the explorer if you want a more rugged vehicle. You buy the Mazda if you want more stuff. One last thing Mazda seats do feel slightly smaller. But I'm a big dude so there's that.

17:31 - I just don’t like the way it looks like it’s just a tablet glued on to the dashboard. Seems like an afterthought.

The Explorer infotainment screen looks much more integrated and appeals to me MUCH more.

I think the 2019 Explorer fucked it up and went the tablet route.

I expected much more information going into this review video. A 12-year-old could've grabbed a camera and done a better job at pointing out the obvious. I don't want to here things like "I can only assume" and "It looks lower". Thank you for forcing us viewers to watch how to not use the rear seat latches on the Ford. Not to mention the 2 minutes it takes to take your belongings out of the Mazda to review the seats/storage. I suppose I'll go look for another review video for that information. Thank you for reading out the MSRP stickers and not listing any other trim levels, pricing or options. I anticipated a bit more research done on your side. I'm not leaving this comment to "troll" you, but to let you know what I expected and what your fellow reviewers are doing. I "can only assume" you're not doing this as a hobby.

Hi Cary, I do appreciate your input on how I did not meet your expectations for a car video. yes of course there is always room for improvements in my craft of filming automobiles. No its not a hobby filming cars its a full time job filming cars every day of the week. I will take your input into consideration and continue to make my videos better. If you check out my channel you'll see that I still film cars each day for my subscribers. I can't go in the past and make this Mazda VS Ford video any better, but when I do my 2019 overview videos this year I will try to step things up for people viewing next time around. Have a great day and thanks for spending your time watching this video. Sorry it did not serve a purpose for what you wanted. Chad

once you go to the Explorer Sport or Platinum trim, the V6 power puts ford out of reach. love the look and features of the Mazda, but if you want the power, Mazda 227hp vs Explorer sport 365hp. . and dont want to pay the dollars for a European car. . . ford wins. .

18" wheels for the bigger and taller Explorer doesn't match at all and the interior is far inferior than the Mazda. For a few hundred or thousand bucks difference i would prefer the Mazda, it looks gorgeous and the interior layout and materials is much premium...

yeah your right. I remember that week when I filmed this video. I was actually sick with the flu that week, but unfortunately I can't afford to take a day or week off from work. If you watch my newer videos you'll see I'm breathing just fine. Thanks for thinking about me Dave. Have a great day man. Chad

I have a 2013 model, the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. I went on a 5000 road trip to Oregon and almost as far to Wyoming....never had leg fatigue and you just sink into the seats in a comfortable but supportive way. I like the looks of the Mazda but the Explorer does not look as fragile and can handle all my camping gear. I would be scared to put a topper on the Mazda, but it looks great. The new remodeled Explorer is going to be a great car hopefully.

Puff the Magic Dragon Very reliable. At 65k I changed a belt tensioner that was starting to rattle a little. Just keep putting synthetic oil in it regularly and hopefully things will go well.

Explorer has more cargo space and more leg room that would be important. Plus I am not confident that Mazda has solved the rust issue. Bells and whistles are less important for me. I'm not sure there is any substantial proof that one or the other will be more reliable.

Tziki Nini At least it won't break down like my cousins pilot, 2 9 speeds, and a engine have been replaced. It's a 2018 lol, my explorer is a 2017 and it's never had an issue lol. It's a ford, so I'm not surprised.

@Finn Campeau Compare their prices too. The fully loaded Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD will cost you around $54k while the fully loaded Mazda CX-9 signature AWD will cost you around $45k. You should get all the features you included for extra 10 grand. Its about personal preference. Both cars are great.
