@Heidern Heinreich , much rather purchase a Lexus one time, that will last 4 or 5 times longer than 3 inferior outsourced domestic shitbox jalopies that are constantly in the repair shops and costing you even more capital. Toyota's reliability is still the best, though. Who can ask for anything more? TOYOTA!!!!! Toyota, peace of mind while retaining more money in my pocket. Purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD, new, with only routine maintenance involved and have easily accumulated 250,000+ miles going strong. If I'd listen to guys like you, I'd have a multitude of repair shop/van rental invoices for replacing transmissions and engines if I purchased any inferior outsourced domestic shitbox jalopy and even honda(bad transmissions), along with nissan. I'd be on inferior shitbox #4 by now, too. No thanks. Much rather TOYOTA reliability, longevity and constant performance with the superior TOYOTA/Lexus.

@Dicky Ball Sure Lexus still does but you can buy 2 or 3 vehicles for the price of one. And it depends on the model with Toyota. It's not 1994 when Toyota exuded quality across all models. It's a shame that we will never get the same level of reliability in Toyota again.

To be fair in Japan the workers aren't being screwed over like they are here in the US. You don't get zaibatsu loyalty without zaibatsu benefits. The greatest deterrent to unions is to treat your employees like assets instead of liabilities, and pay them what they are truly worth.

Great video thanks...I am from Jordan and most pickups in Wadi Rum desert are Toyota . Bedouins told me that they have tried most types of pickups but nothing runs on the dunes like Toyata. So yes Toyata is the best

When the first light bulb was made--it was decided that due to it's longevity of life' they would not sell enough to be profitable as they wanted, so they re-engineered the filament to have a shorter life span and American manufacturing was set in stone!

My brother had a 1980's Toyota pickup that he abused by not taking care of it with proper maintenance. He was lucky because that pickup was still going strong with 200k miles on it when he sold it. Then his new wife inherited a Ford Ranger pickup, and of course, my brother treated the Ranger just like his former Toyota pickup. Well, a year later he destroyed the Ranger's engine because of lazy maintenance.

I purchased a used Toyota Corolla from someone for 500 dollars it had 234k miles on it. My parents got mad at me and told me I should buy a more reliable and more expensive car. So I don’t have to keep paying repair bills. Well turns out that their new 2016 Chevy Cruz that they paid 15 thousand dollars for broke down and is overheating. Now they are asking to barrow my 500 dollar Toyota Corolla!!!😂😂😂

I am confused. I do not have much $$. I am thinking of an 15-20 year old 4 cylinder Toyota with automatic. I will pay to have a mechanic look at it. Are the automatic transmission a problem. Thanks, a loyal listener

What makes a real American? A cowboy hat? Enjoying a fine T-bone
steak? Going to a baseball game? Heh! Those are all great qualities! But one thing that makes a true patriot is the ability to choose an American car! When you buy an import you take a hot meal off a hard working American’s table. Our car industry workers are going to starve to death, just because you bought a cheaper, more efficient Toyota. Without gross symbols of excess, what will Americans have to look up to? Our great industry is under threat! And they need your help! So the next time you buy a car, make sure you do the American thing!

western people working on the floor know what needs to be done but you have higher ups that refuse to listen and are completely not in touch with reality, i am in my early 30s and worked with different manufacturing companies cars, trucks etc.. you cant buy trust and loyalty and it seems to be a trend to not being able to show these things because it is seen as troublesome ive seen numerous people being systematic kicked out because of it. i always get the impression of false "we care say what you want for improvement" mentality and just want people to be mindless working drones putting on useless stuff just so they look good on paper and from the outside perspective, its just bizarre how much we screw ourselves over.
