The range needs to improve. I am used to seeing over 1000 kms range on my BMW X4 Diesel on-board computer.

Nice car. But I’ll keep my Tesla Model S with Autopilot, linger range, better performance, better charging network, better warranty (8 year, UNLIMITED mile warranty on battery and drivetrain).

Electric cars are far easier to make reliable. This is made in Austria close to Germany, not the UK. Jag has used reliable experienced brands to make to battery and motors (LG). Tesla has a terrible record for putting cars together being a new company experimenting a lot. Panel gaps, doors not working, easy to break into and steal from etc. They came last in which reliability report survey in the UK. Last of all makes. AND they are making an electric car - which SHOULD be a lot more reliable. I think this Jag will be a very reliable car with low servicing costs. This will mean it will hardly depreciate much.

Yeah.. Tesla had to do everything from scratch because everyone older car manufacturer with economies of scale have done absolutely nothing in the past few decades for EV's. Regardless, I'm glad there is some competition coming, it's in the interest of everyone involved to have more EV's on the road.

It's a word I made up to describe cars that utilize a number of "knobs" to control stereos or AC or fans, etc. With the advent of touch screens, some car makers got rid of the knobs and hence lost some of the tactile feel that goes along with having them. Of course, other cars can have "excess knobulation" where there are too many knobs involved. Feel free to use it and thanks for watching our video..:) Steve

These reviews are for a private dealership network. Tesla sells direct, not using dealers like this... Hence the "hint hint" part, where the better electric car is being mocked.

*Correction!* In 1910, henry ford began making cheaper replicas of the 1908 C.R. Patterson (The Black automaker). Nice try tho.

+Sojourn R&R No education needed but greatly appreciated. My comment regarding Henry Ford is accurate and has no bearing on the great accomplishments of C.R. Patterson. I cannot say whether Ford copied Patterson or if he copied any of the other many car manufacturers at the time:

Thirty American manufacturers produced 2,500 motor vehicles in 1899, and some 485 companies entered the business in the next decade.

But Mr. Patterson certainly has a place of honor in the grand legacy of automotive design, development and manufacturing:

Although the younger Patterson may have built his first car as early as 1902, it was not until 1916 that formal manufacture of an automobile was embarked upon.

      Another report says:

After C.R. died in 1910, Fred began tinkering with motor-driven vehicles with a goal to build a car that could rival anything produced by the new automotive industry. “There are different reports, but [it seems] on Sept. 23, 1915, the first car rolled off the line,” says Smith.

There are obviously a variety of historical notes about who did what and when... But I'm happy to cut and paste for you anytime if it helps illuminate the relative "facts" and separate it from unproven claims of "typical fraud". I just think it's sad when people attack other people's integrity or character without really knowing "the truth". Everyone has an opinion and I'm glad you took the time to share yours. Thanks..:) Steve P.S. - This isn't my job either.

+Steve Kerndt Ford copied the C.R Patterson, producing a similar vehicle at a cheaper price. Henry Ford is a typical fraud basically. C.R. Patterson is his predecessor. I would copy & paste these facts but its not my job to educate you lol. *(People hate the truth lol)*

Correction! The first production Model T was produced on August 12, 1908 and left the factory on September 27, 1908, at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant in Detroit, Michigan. On May 26, 1927, Henry Ford watched the 15 millionth Model T Ford roll off the assembly line at his factory in Highland Park, Michigan. or The Model T was an automobile built by the Ford Motor Company from 1908 until 1927. Conceived by Henry Ford as practical, affordable transportation for the common man, it quickly became prized for its low cost, durability, versatility, and ease of maintenance. Nice try yourself..:) Steve

+DrStephen Cooper I have gone totally oposite, i ordered the very basic white I Pace. Only options i took is the carpet and the panels in gloss charcoal ash. I don´t like the lots of gimmicks i could get and if i don´t like the seats i would buy Recaro seats by myself(much cheaper). I made a video about options of the I Pace, the basic one costs in Germany 78k €. With all possible and most expensive options it would cost 119k €. I guess that the I Pace S without options is still very good and the power and battery is the same anyway. I will make some videos when i got it to share my experience with a basic Jaaag.
