I have a 2017 2.7l ecoboost. It has plenty of power. My gas mileage, calculated with a fuel app recording every drop of gas and mile over 9600 miles is 12.6mpg. I idle for long periods, rarely drive freeway, and love the gas pedal. You can have eco or you can have boost, but you can't have both.

I’m a Ford Technician and I’m advising anyone that can’t decide which engine to go with. Go with the 5.0. My blood, sweat, and tears will thank you lol.

This is the guy you want running a hi dollar Ford dealership. Most salesmen never keep up on new info on Ford's they just snort cocaine and try to get salesmen of the month.

Funny thing is the v6 n/a would suit me fine and it gets best real world mpg from all the Ppl I've known to have several f150. Youre kidding yourself the 2.7 is best. I don't tow anything with my 5.7 tundra its a great big fancy station wagon. My 2011 5.0 is giving me 9mpg in the city it goes up to 12 in the summer

This Video doesn't address the towing package option. The 3.5L F-150 with the towing package I believe can tow 22,000 lbs per my owners manual

The F-150 can tow a max of around 13,000 lbs. you’re probably looking at the gross combined weight rating.

I am commenting on this before I even watched your video. V8 all the way. I will never buy an ECO boost let alone another Ford for that matter. Dodge V8 or Chevy V8. And never brand new. Always used. Peace out - mic drop.

I don’t know what the hell everybody else is talking about, but my 2.7 has never had a problem in the 3 years I’ve had it, and it’s much faster and takes off at the get-go much better than any 3.5 or 5.0 I’ve ever seen, and on the lower end I get 19.3 mpg, but usually I get anywhere from 20.8-23.7 mpg.
