I really liked the video but think that there is something that was not taken into consideration. I own a Nissan titan pro 4x just like the one tested and I chose it because it offered everything I needed and more at a price I could afford. The truck that won is probably close to $25k over what I paid for mine.
Bang for the buck should have also been taken in consideration.

Nice review but you should really compare apples to apples...same cab/bed configuration, rear end ratio, size engine, etc

The truck world in general has completely lost their minds! $72Gs average price for half ton trucks, or any truck for that matter, is completely ludicrous!
They must stop the madness and bring truck prices back down to this planet where the average person can actually afford to buy one without a ten year loan because, for one thing, the junk wont even last 10 years.
I have a 2012 Ford F150 that stickered in the mid forties that is rusting to pieces and is pretty much worthless on trade after 7 years and all of these 75G trucks will be no different.
Not sure who is buying these things at these prices, but you need to stop so these companies realize that they have priced the average family out of the truck market.

How did you calculated the average fuel consumption? I'm no mathematician, but I learned that you add the 3 numbers then divide by 3. None of your averages do this, except for the Tundra in MPG (15.4). Also, what about the price? Paying top dollar for 1st place isn't always a win. Points should be awarded for lower pricing and better financing options.

I would of loved to see some of the off road highlights where the trucks were ran through and there rating on each. I own a 2019 ram Limited and ordered it to my specifications. But now it is starting to have some troubles. Only 3k on it. Water on drivers side floor then that big 12” screen that does look amazing and works quite well most of the time is having issues with the telematic unit built into it, it’s basically a cell phone used to revive incoming and outgoing messages from the uconnect also not as impressing as the Chevy mylink app. But it’s not reviving these signals to start or lock unlock etc.

You use the Ford diesel? Duh. Should’ve used the eco or 5.0. The diesel should be pitted against other diesels.

If you guys put 1000 lbs in the bed and then your driver is over the std 150 lb (for Ford at least), are you over payload on some of these highly optioned trucks? Some of these trucks the yellow payload sticker can be quite low. You should report payload.

So wait the tundra is best cheapest option and after this run it has the highest resale value. I wonder how much of beast it would be if I added 10-15k into it. I mean the ram has a 19k difference. The GMC roughly 13k difference. Thoughts? πŸ€”

I had a 6.2L Sierra AT4 for 5 days before it was involved in a t-bone crash at about 35 mph after someone ran a stop sign. Within minutes of the crash a fire started under the floor by the passenger side B pillar, quickly spreading to the passenger seat. I loved this truck but based on my experience I would NOT recommend getting the Sierra or Silverado.

Disappointed in the challenge only in the fact that unless one is willing to spend, what the cheapest on here is $63,000 and the winner is $83,000, are you serious ? The trucks should drive themselves for that. How about doing a challenge of the most purchased level of a full size truck. It's like comparing a Toyota Scion VS a Lexus, their both made by Toyota, right so lets compare. A better truck challenge would be such as Ford XLT, Ram Laramie, GMC Sierra, Toyota SR5. One out of 10 people are willing to spend $83,000 for a truck, yes a TRUCK not a house.

Kudos to Chevy/GMC with the most powerful and efficient trucks here. I was going to compliment you on your work here, but really no one has a calculator? To give us a mileage report on the Ford? Even with an *, we could have really used the info. I’m waiting for the new GM InLine Diesel to come out!
