You know Ive found several xl stx 4wd just like that for like 32-36k brand new 2019 on cars.com here in Michigan i plan on buying one with the 5.0L coyote next year and driving the truck for years. I want the v8 bc i feel like it’ll be the most reliable after all the years and just the sound is worth it plus i prefer rubber floors and a column shifter

Almost $45,000 for a truck that basic? I got a used 2015 f150 sport with more options and 13,000 miles for less than the cost of this truck. That needs some upgrades to bring it up to that price point.

People complain about the plastic but this interior will age well. My neighbor has an old 91 5.0 LX and that plastic dash and cloth seats in it look brand new when he cleans it up. Leather is a lot like humans, it's cold in the winter, hot in the summer, and wrinkles when it gets old.

Attention don't buy and ecoboost. 1. They're being sued for stealing tech on there port/direct injection tech.$8 billion fine.2. They're being investigated for fake mpg numbers again. And most likely will be fined again.3. They're being investigated for fake pay load again and might be fined again.. Who knows the fate of Ford after all this....

Still won’t buy one due to the start/stop, and electric parking brake. Those are not truck operation friendly.

    • Jason Thomas
Jason Thomas In reply to Jason Thomas

Ben Bryant it’s just that when we collect bails of hay we’d put the truck in a rut and in low gear with the parking brake slightly set and it would move at a pace we could load the trailer. The engineers need to visit a ranch before they turn these “trucks” into cars

    • Ben Bryant
Ben Bryant In reply to Jason Thomas

Doesn’t matter what you go with. Most vehicles today come equipped with the electronic parking brake.

As far as the auto start/stop, just hit the button when you start the truck. It takes one second to press a button and it lasts until you press the button again or kill the engine.

The most average truck on earth. Bye this if ; your wife is fat, your kids get bad grades, you are an under paid poorly treated union worker , you blame others for your shortcomings, life is unfair, you need a 4x4 to haul toilet paper, the neighbor has one or the fact the paint peels from the aluminum. Junk!

Most people buying trucks don't "NEED" a truck. They also don't want to spend 50K+ for a truck. this is a good package for the people who don't want to spend a premium price for a vehicle.

I still love my Ford 2014 F150 5.0L FX4 luxury package Supercrew in Race Red.

Leveled the truck @ 1 3/4 " in front after installing Bilsteins 5100 series shocks.

Installed a MPRB single side exit exhaust which sounds amazing.

Getting ready to order a Warn 10-S Platinum Zeon winch, Amp steps, some rigid lights mounted on the hood, and some backup lights.

Already have led backup bulbs installed but want a little more light when backing up in the woods.

Also thinking about a S&B CAI, and possibly a tuner.

Only 51,xxx miles on her with no issues. And it runs very strong.
