Acura's refreshed 2016 lineup seems to show that Acura is getting their mojo back. The 2013 RDX was just what the segment's shoppers were looking for and the 2016 RDX tacks on trendy LED lamps, radar cruise control love and more LCD real estate in the cabin. I wouldn't say that makes the RDX the best overall crossover in the segment, but in my opinion it is the best value hands down. One thing's for sure, the 100,000 folks that plan on buying a Lexus RX in 2015 need to visit the Acura dealer. Acura has perfected the classic RX 350.

Alex, does it send 40% (2018 model), to the rear wheels full time (like a subi), on normal driving ? and if so, it can't send more in hard acceleration or if front slip ? it can't send 60% to rear ? not locking is no biggy (though I love that in my Santa Fe), but some off road tests I've seen for this, the 40% was strong enough to push it up and over some pretty tough spots.. I'm testing driving one this Wed.. seems like a great car, best bang for the buck out there..

Fine review! I own the 2015 model and agree with everything said. I was really hoping to justify a BMW but the RDX was just too sweet for my style of sporty driving. I've already spent the twelve grand I saved.

Why do you have this channel and AoA?  Is there a difference?

Alex, thank you for another great video. May I ask how this RDX will fair in a crash or collision scenario? Europeans cars are generally known to have better build quality, hence have more safety. Can the same be said with the latest RDX model? Thanks.

Fully loaded RDX is around $63K!  Not a bad price if you compare it to it's competition.

+HW2800 $63K???? in what country?  In the US, I don't think so.  It barely goes over $40K on a fully loaded model with AWD.

The base model is one of the best deals out there on an SUV crossover. What's the competition with a 6 cylinder engine in the same $36K price range? Toyota Highlander XLE V6, Kia Sorento EX V6, Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited, None of these are luxury brand. None are as quick at the Acura.

Sounds like they put this one on hold while focusing on the TLX, MDX for this year.
