Great trucks!! I'm 18 and got a 2011 F150 5.0 I bought for 7k as a sophomore in Highschool. I bought it with 142k miles and I just hit 175k today. Great truck man. The 5.0 is quick and bulletproof.!

A flashing red light signals a not very noticeable intersection with stop sign in the direction(s) it is flashing to (can be facing all).

In other words you have an upper visual information that an intersection is right "under" the light and you have to stop. It is very helpful, because sometimes due to many factors an intersection is not obviously perceptible (or even the stop sign isn't visible, like completely covered with snow - Yeah, you can bet snow can build up so quickly at times) and it will become a safety hazard to anyone in or out of vehicles.
Flashing lights are very common in Canada and northern States of the US.

OneLegendTV I’m from the us and I don’t even know what that means. Probably similar to a flashing yellow light, like “CAUTION”?

Yes, F150s are super fun to drive on snow, with some very good tires (preferably winters). Are very predictable and well balanced. But maybe to a certain extent all 4x4's are fun to drive on snow

KO and KO2 tires are also winter rated, most all season tires are not.

These are very reliable trucks with the 5.0, I currently have 125k miles on my 2013. Only problem was a water pump at 110k.

I have a 2010 and I'm stuck with the old 5.4 triton motor. Sounds good but definitely has less power than the 5.0. It's treated me well though and I'm very soon going to cross the 200,000 mile barrier with few repairs. My dad's 2012 5.0 has almost 150,000 miles with a good portion of towing miles in there. Absolutely 0 issues at all with the truck! His only complaint with the truck is that he listened to the salesman and got the extended warranty and never got to use it.

I am late to the party, but it should be noted that about two months after my initial comment, at 121,000 miles, my water pump exploded in a Police Station parking lot. That was quite the laugh. Otherwise, currently at 144,000 and not an issue since the water pump.
