It doesn't seem to flow smoothly, the workers are working too rough. Compare to Toyota and Honda, Ford is too rough.

1.) Poorly lit work environment. 2.) No standard uniforms for staff. 3.) No care taken by some during assembly. 4.) Some people seemed rushed...etc. I now understand why Ford vehicles don't last as long. I suspect that other Ford plants operate the same way.

IT NICE TO HAVE ONE OF THOSE!! BUT THE BIG QUESTION IS """"" THE SPARK PLUGS IT EASY TO GET BROKE WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OUT AND KNOCKING SOUND THE CAM PHASER"""" IF THE ENGINEER SOLVED THAT PROBLEM ... THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LESS HEADACHE...

What amazes me is that anyone, including dealership's,could work on these vehicles. Way over complicated.

Very nice. Do we think a lot of these jobs will go to robots? We need to make sure good jobs available for Americans.

I hope we will start building high speed trains and light trains soon.

Why not go to the largest automotive plant in the United States, Ford Claycomo Assembly plant in Kansas City, MO. They make both the F150 and Transit there.

I got a recall notice on my 2012 FX4. Took it in, they updated some software, I think they said. It's been a few weeks. I don't recall what years are affected though.

1:20 Isn't that a little hard on the aluminum block to smash the engine into the frame? All the 150's I've owned were built in Kansas City, have they combined assembly plants now? Personally I'll take KC over Detroit any day
