For 1k just put the TRD dual exhaust on a Limited and other than the shocks you have a better deal.

Surprised the TRD Pro version more stripped down than the Limited true. My 2011 Double cab limited has power passenger seat and other whistles and bells. TRD off road package is good enough for off road with the Bilstein shocks.

I love everything about it. Keeping it simple and reliable and getting rid of unneeded technology. Reliability is amazing!

Great review~!! I bought my 2019 Tundra TRD Pro about a week -10 days ago and I couldn't be happier~! I absolutely loved my '07 Tundra CrewMax that I traded in for it (a little premature since it had only 130k miles on it), but I'm loving this TRD Pro package. I'm a total Toyota fan for life~!

Very good review. I recently watched another review from someone who clearly didn't understand the truck, didn't even know how to properly engage the 4WD in hi mode, and bashed it at times over the silliest of reasons. When I questioned his techniques I was basically blown off as though I didn't know the truck, AND I'M A TUNDRA OWNER MYSELF.

The Tundra does have quirks and shortcomings but all vehicles do. However, it is probably one of the most bullet proof trucks on the market still.

It’s amazing how many features this truck doesn’t have! I love the exterior but the interior looks so cheap compared to every other truck in its class.

People who actually use a truck as a truck don't need a ton of gadgets. Leave that to the city people that just drive it to work. Love my 2012 Tundra. 105K miles and zero issues. I use it like a truck and would rather have less technology and a well built truck. Hauls a load of Oak like a dream

Coworker bought a GMC truck and laugh at me for having a Tundra Limited Crewmax. It was only 2 weeks later he came to work in a rental car.

Toyota sells the tundra as a half ton truck but it’s underpinning are 3/4 ton. unlike ford Chevy and ram which use fully boxed frame Toyota uses a triple Tex frame meaning fully boxed up front from the
Bumper to cab and then for the cab it is double open C channel and then from the end of the cab to the rear bumper is just an open C channel and Toyota uses that to help with ride compliance.

Trucks shouldn't come with power seats, push button start, and leather interior. They're meant to be used as work vehicles. Dual hood scoops are ridiculously stupid. Plus, they are not even real.

I think if Toyota gets a control on their fuel consumption, they will have a #1 seller. I love them, but the fuel economy has to be dealt with

I'll say it again no truck is worth 55k people paying that amount is the problem. Dealerships make a killing just look at their multi million dollar building.

I'm struggling to understand why Toyota would market this as their top feuxoff-roader but not even offer a locking rear differential. I believe that option is available on everything the competition makes, often including even base models.
