      In Canada i get only 59 kms EV charge. That is 36 miles per charge when it is below 0C ( 32F) .

      How do you drive it on pure electric? When I test drove it on EV mode, the EV mode turns off after getting passed 15mph. The salesperson didn't know how it work so I didn't get the car.

      It is too bad the sales people do not try to learn anything about new technology and sell these cars without knowing some of the more important features about this car.
      I also forgot to mention in my other reply that if the engine does start, it will continue to run until the engine warm up before it shut off automatically (provided there is enough battery charge) or if you like, you can stop the car, turn off and then on the car and the car will be in EV mode (again if you have battery charge)

      Can you confirm if the car has battery charge or not? This car is capable of driving up to 100mph (160km/h) in pure EV mode as long as you don't hit the HV button or when you accelerate, you do not press the accelerator pass the 'detent'. You can also see when the engine will come on by looking at the power meter in front of you, if the needle stays in the Blue band area, you will stay in EV but if you go pass the blue into the white zone, the engine will come on

      My friend bought a TOYOTA PRIUS.
      And he uses it everyday to go to his company.
      But he uses it as an electric car because it is plug-in hybrid.
      He uses engine only one time per 3 months when he goes to very far place.

      Reviews should stay away from telling viewers what looks good or not good on a car. Beauty is really in the eye of the beholder. Let the viewers decide for themselves what they think of car designs. Personally, I love the look of the wheel skirts. They are there to reduce drag and make the car look sleek and slippery. When car designs stray a bit from the current mainstream, many people call them ugly. It's really just that the designs are DIFFERENT rather than ugly. To some people different is ugly!

      In Europe we can't get the Clarity or the Volt which is a real shame as they would sell really well especially as they electric range is far superior to BMW and VW's PHEV's.

      2014 Accord PHEV had 13 miles of all electric range. Cadillac used rear fender skirts from the 50's through the 90's. Not only does it make a car more aerodynamic but more attractive.
