Vivid Racing is definitely known for its Porsche Performance Parts. With our VR Tuned ECU Tuning program having been built on Porsche cars, we take great pride in showing off these powerful machines. We recently got our hands on this 2018 Porsche 991.2 Turbo S model. Coming stock with 580 horsepower from the factory, we show what this car puts down on our Mustang AWD Dyno using 91 octane and in 100F temps. With the addition of a VR Tuned ECU flash and the amazing sound of an Akrapovic Exhaust, you will be very impressed with the performance numbers we achieve!

I don’t understand the question but this is how pretty much all Porsche Turbo dyno graphs look on a Mustang dyno

Cost of getting the tune done? In the process of getting a 991.2 turbo s and was thinking of Akrapovic exhaust but didn’t think if doing a tube as well to make the package complete....

$6k+ for nothing more than a little bit of noise. At least they could have chromed the muffler bearings for that money.

Great video 👍 is that a custom tune or canned tune? Looks like the exhaust didn't add much power over the curve. Tune was impressive though 👌

We do a specific tune for each car as softwares are different. The term canned tune or stage tune is used so losely with different meanings. I can say that we have done SOOOO Many Porsche's over the years that we have a good receipe. The older 996, 997 Turbos really benefitted from the exhaust. The new exhausts are a bit better but have no sound. So most usually do it to hear it sound like an actual sports car.
