      If you were like me and in school as a child did not learn a very basic step growing up called.........( Lie lie lie and lie some more) Then you probably had trouble with these tests also. Society is built on one big lie so everything flowing down the lie river is also effected by the current and also becomes a lie to avoid being swept away. Look at it like that, no matter how hard you try to fight it it wont work most of the time.
      Recall the kinds in school lying on tests, cheating, and many other activities that were against the rule system but these kids got treated like gold and always managed to do's cause the went with the flow of the lie. They seen that the teachers lie, the principal lies, and so did mom and dad. There for they just jumped on the band wagon and played the game as they seen it. Everything is ass backwards

      I hate this tests ! they are extremely flawed! I mean... there are so many circumstances where the answer could go everywhere... specially when they ask you if "I often think of becoming a rock star" WTF? I mean, everyone would've dream of becoming a rock star at some point in their lives,,, if you answer no then you are plain lying and if you answer yes then they think you are a potato! I know "often" but this is just an example.

      Actually, you should not lie on these types of test because the reason they do this is to make sure that you enjoy your job and you are going to do your best. See if you are an introvert and need to make outbound calls you will not enjoy it. or if you an extrovert then you won't be enjoying all the paperwork.

      There exists no man or machine that can accurately predict someones tendencies and personality in the long term to any useable degree of accuracy. If such technology exists why aren't law enforcement using it? Or do you think the post office has technology more advanced then the military? I am an introvert but I have no problem dealing with people, intact dealing with customers is neutral for me and very easy (smalltalk is effortless), its parties and the like that is slightly more difficult, but guess what no one is partying at work, but because of a machine I get fucked over even though I would be good at a job.

      This video is absolute nonsense... But I understand that this comes from ignorance and bad experiences. It is easy to blame a test ("sorry, you did not do well on the test...") rather than tell the truth that they simply did not think you would be the best person. A personality test will never be used as the only basis for not appointing a person, however (for all those 'experts' commenting), ability and personality are the best predictors for future job performance.

      I see a bigger conspiracy here than out of touch executives. We've heard of the deliberate dumbing down of America though the schools, etc. These tests are worthless unless you want to weed out honest hard workers. We wonder how such incompetent workers we come in contact with daily ever got their jobs. Well here is your answer.
