About girls and bikes....dudes can't get girls by riding.....either they already ride their own or they have zero interest in bikes and less in the people that ride them. Ride for your own pleasure!

Great bike...if you don't mind the cost of upkeep and the downtown (can't ride it while it's in the shop) that is indeed associated with Ducati. But it is a really nice bike.

Rode it in both full and low power modes. I thought lower power mode made it noticably tame. I wouldn't recommend some kid buy this bike, I doubt they could afford the insurance for the 1hr they'll own it before a wrecker hauls the bike, and tree they wrapped it around away.

The V65 Magna could give it a run for the money.

Im glad u mentioned the gen 2 vmax man....cuz my ass was guna go off. Every speed test except in the corners the Vmax comes out on top. Every single test between the two tturns out this way. The Vmax destroying in the straight lines, and the diavel destroys in the twisties.

"This bike is a Monster." How misleading! The bike you're testing is the Diavel!

Edit to add: riding in 30 degrees? You, sir, are a hoss!

I don't know man, I think the VROD might give the Ducati a run for its money.

Lol the vrod? No way .The diavel will destroy it!. Does any one remember the episode puff pinks where the brand New vrod got beat by a 1983 Suzuki gs?

Nope no way. Only chance is if the duc rider had a bad rider on it maybe. On paper there's no possible way though. It weighs considerably less and makes a Yamaha vstar 650 more power than the vrod haha. This thing hangs with the gen 2 vmax, which is probably safe to say the fastest production cruiser there is. The vrod is more in the range of the gen 1 vmax. Still very very fast, but a few bikes down on the list. Honestly, I think the gen 1 max is still a little faster too though. Don't get me wrong Vrods are good bikes, I'm just being realistic.

A cruiser bike for people who think giving up performance to cruise is stupid! An overweight, overpriced, underperforming bike never makes sense to me.

Looks like you found a bike you shouldn't let go! KTM Super Duke (also a V-Twin) would eat up that Ducati or Yamaha. 2nd year of being the Sport touring bike of the year (back to back).
