The 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is the wildest vehicle on sale and with good reason. We live in an era of tremendous horsepower and some of you might think that the most mental car out there is some top spec exotic like a Lamborghini. Others might argue that it’s any track focused car like a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Well just so you know the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is the most insane of them all.

One of the best parts about the Trackhawk is that it looks like a normal Jeep Grand Cherokee. Look a little closer and there are some subtle hints that this isn’t your everyday SUV. Under the hood is a 6.2-liter Supercharged HEMI V-8 that makes 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft. of torque.

Driving the Trackhawk is a remarkable exercise in self-control. You can put the SUV in auto mode and cruise along. On the other hand you can enable track mode and let the monster out.

No, it should be the price of the Hellcat, around $60K. You're fucking dreaming if you think this thing should be around $40K.

The reality is that there aren't too many options in the SUV market with high HP. Which makes this one a pretty sweet deal regardless, people are focusing too much on other factors.

I street raced 1 in my Tesla model 3PD. It lost every time.... so 707hp is just a good start but no match for instant torque . But I love Jeep vehicles, and I hope they electrify a new generation! P.s. I sold my hellcat for my Tesla, and and have a Grand Cherokee SRT too, so I am open to everything

ONE WITH 2 TRACKHAWKS ENTERED AND FINISHING1 AND 2 WITH 5 TESLAS, BMW, CADDYS AND I THINK 11 OTHERS AND THEN A TRACKHAWK BEATING. A tesla in just a street race.

You are not demonstrating functionalities.  Has anyone ever provide a full video review of the functionalities of the JEEP SRT.  For example, audio, navigation, engine, steering (driving in straight-line), body inspection, memory settings, wipers, and etc.  I have completed some research, and I have never seen so many JEEP SRT for resale.  I did made some phone calls to sellers, and did get some feedbacks regarding functionality issues.  From what I understand, this is a Chrysler BAILOUT vehicle.  Let me know what you think.

Just watch any review of the regular SRT Jeep and it will be the exact same for the Trackhawk. Only difference is the supercharged engine and stronger transmission. The brakes are very slightly larger as well to offset the weight increase. All interior stuff is identical though besides SRT vs Trackhawk badges.

Please redo a review providing functionality data.  I do understand that people resell vehicle; however, I did my research and it all came back to functionalities.  Just don't brag about horse power.  These vehicles has serious mechanical problems.  It's all up to you to provide a real-life review to your viewers.  Hope you are listening.  Safety is a concern; especially if the engine suddenly shuts off, lost all power, and almost kill someone.  Do the research.  If the vehicle depreciation drop, that alone exemplify it's a bad vehicle.  A quality vehicle will make a positive statement at any year after sale.

+zlistcelebrity Just look at the Used TrackHawk market the depreciation on these vehicles is bad but if you love the jeep and plan on keeping it for a long time it might be worth it , I'd buy a used one way before i buy a new one

They're trying to avoid the depreciation. This is only the type of vehicle you buy if you truly love it and plan on enjoying it for a very long time. In the world of smart financial decisions, however, this is a VERY bad purchase.

Fantastic but way too expensive. Even SRT is too much price. For me a Limited or Overland with 5.7 HEMI is still a great vehicle that is fast. Still if you can afford a Trackhak go for it, just wish it has a few hellcat logos on it.

Yea, that's why they are sitting on lots with huge discounts. Turns out there's not a huge market for people who want 700hp Jeeps having to shell out 90k+. Funny part is they produced twice as many Trackhawks as they did SRTs. We have one at our local dealer that had a 100k MSRP going for 87k and it is still sitting. Definitely a vehicle you want to wait a few years for on the used market if buying it at all. Depreciation on these will be worse than the regular SRT.

You right I owned the SRT and I was lucky to get mine at 62k brand new a year ago. Now it's at least 70k for the same package. It is way over price so you better off buying a used one with less then 10k miles on it for 52k-55k. Same thing for the Trackhawk. you can get a used one for roughly 70k.
