I'm leaning towards the SE. Are both on the new TNGA platform or just SE?

I've been shopping for 2019 Carolla Hatchbacks because they have the better TNGA handling and 2.0 engine but the 2020 SE sedan might be the way to go. 16" wheels on the LE look a bit small. The 18" wheels on the SE look a little bit too large. Hmmmmm

Glad those Leds are in a projector and not a reflector like the current corrolas. Hate being blinded by them every time I pass one

Here in Northern Virginia, the cars at the Toyota dealers don't get the southeast distributor options, but the Toyota dealers do include options such as all-weather floor mats, cargo tray (trunk) and rear bumper protector which I have on my Corolla. The options included are listed on the sticker. I think you have to buy the phone & cable package at the dealer as it is not included

Both are expensive for what they offer .nothing impressive .i am fed up from how people are impressed about the screen inside new models ,6 or 7 or 8 inch .i don’t care .

Drove the SE today. Steering was great. A bit of road noise with the big rims.Quieter than the hatch with the same engine

I hate Toyota refuses to support Google. Other cars have Android Auto, yet Toyota still doesn't have it. Not everyone uses Apple devices, some like Android.

I prefer the SE. Note the SE logo in a different place then the LE. On the SE the radar is in the middle section between the headlights. I don't know why Toyota doesn't make blind spot monitoring standard with other safety features. That is a feature that the Honda Civic has that the Corolla did not have

Any accurate information about whether the Corolla will get Android Auto in a very near future? I love the XSE but would have to go with the Civic if no Android Auto.

@harry Mitchell Oh yeah sorry I forgot to mention, mines is the hatchback so it is the 1.5 turbo. I also have lots of rattling on the a pillars and the dash at times.

+Mark Danger Thanks for the information. I'm currently leasing a 2017 Civic EX-L and haven't had any oil dilution issues. Do you have the EX or EX-T? If you have the EX, it doesn't have the turbo engine and I understand it's the 1.5L turbo engine that is having the problem, just like in the CR-V.

You should do some more research on the civic, it has oil dilution problems. I have a 2017 ex trim cvt and oil level is way above the maximum level and smells like gas but Honda told me "its fine."

More lackluster/strange/disjointed Toyota styling. Honda has the same problem. At least these will probably be reliable I guess.
