Command, Ambulance 1-1, Rescue, Police Unit 202 and #14 Pump responding to two separate emergencies. Originally, Rescue and #14 Pump were responding to the crash you see in the video, but they were rerouted to a medical emergency at a different location while en route to the crash. That's why you see them both drive past the crash. And yes, #14 Pump's air horns may have startled me a bit... lol. Thanks to the pump driver for the thumbs up!

@Christopher Brown Well generally, Brandon's rescue doesn't respond to out of town grass fires. That type of call usually consists of #15 Pump, Cougar, Tanker and an Ambulance, depending on where the fire is and how severe it is. Additionally, a heavy rescue probably wouldn't be too useful on a scene like a grass fire. Partly due to how heavy a truck like that would weigh, which means it would need to stay on a roadway and wouldn't be able to go off road. Also, if they had a true heavy rescue, that would mean it would carry no on board water, so it would be virtually useless at a grass fire. Brandon's rescue that they have now is a dry truck, so it doesn't carry water.

Heavy rescues (that have no water) are usually best suited for in city fires and rescue jobs. That being structure fires, MVCs, technical rescues, etc. A rescue pumper (like #15 Pump) is better suited for an out of town grass fire, but even then, #15 Pump usually has to stay on the road due to how heavy it is.

@Liam Pattison Photography right, but with the likelihood of brush fires right outside of Brandon,a heavy rescue would be of more use in battling them, wouldnt it?

@Christopher Brown I wish that they went with a bigger chassis, like a Spartan chassis; similar to #14 and #15 Pump for their rescue. That would've looked sweet, but I understand why they wanted a smaller one for budget reasons, and them not necessarily needing a big heavy rescue.
