Richard van Tricht technically they are better, with more powerful engines, and most people think they all look better. But if you compare the Iveco Stralis Hi-Way to their previous model, the 2003 Iveco Stralis, it’s really a huge improvement.

Iveco is a terrible italian shitbox, made by idiots. I worked on an euro5 stralis for a year, a lot of things are wrong with this truck. The brake pedal has super powerful spring on it, very hard to push, the pedal itself is of idiotic form, when pushing, the foot frequently slips off the pedal when trying to brake. The drivers seat doesnt slide back far enough, the gas and clutch are also designed by a moron. The NEW original mirrors, for 300euro each, after a few months become shaky and wobbly, theyre shaking violently when driving, so you cant see shit in them.
And like 20other stupid things wrong with this truck.

Jonathan Grunwald why would you stuff a truck with diamonds? If you say this truck is shit, which it’s not, adding diamonds makes it even worse.

Adolf Hitler i will go out on a limb here, but i find the stralis a better all round motor than the scania's i have driven for the last 3 years, roomier cab, we had dutch manufactured G cabs and the quality was not as good as people make out. I've always enjoyed driving the iveco's, maybe i am a HGV pervert lol.
