The 10th generation Honda Accord is wider, lower, and longer than the previous generations. Gone is the coupe model as well as the V-6 engine option. Prices range from $23,570 for the base LX trim up to $35,800 for the Touring 2.0T model. The car seen here is the Sport 2.0T (M6) which is priced at $30,310. Fuel economy checks in at 22 MPG in the city and 32 MPG on the highway.

Under the hood you get 2 engine choices. The first is a 1.5 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder and the second is a 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder. Gone is the V-6 option which will certainly ruffle some feathers out there. The 2.0 tested here makes 252 horsepower and 273 lb-ft. of torque. The transmission choices are a 6-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic.

In the mid-sized sedan segment the Accord has a long list of rivals that include the: Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat, Subaru Legacy, and the Mazda6 just to name a few.

Are the seats different in the Touring models, or same? That's a shame your seats are hard; brutal on road trips.

I've got a 2014 V6 Honda Accord and love it. It's nice when I am on the entrance ramp getting on a highway and I can easily merge with traffic, and if someone is giving me a hard time to get on the highway...... I just blow his doors off and leave him in the dust. I didn't need his puny little spot anyway.

Lol - learn to merge when it's safe, not whenever you feel like it. It's nobs like you that think just because you're signaling, you have a god given right to make the lane change instantly.

I bought the 2018 Accord ex this past January. I went on a road trip total of 650 miles. I honestly got 38.5 miles per gallon at 78 mph. I traded in a Dodge challenger for this car and have no regrets.

What is the difference in this engine compared to the Civic Type R engine that it has only 252hp instead of 306hp. Is it just tuned that way or is there something different about it?

It's bewildering to me how good the new infotainment is compared to the previous ones. And to make things more strange is that the newest Acura NSX, you know, that $150k supercar, doesn't have this infotainment, still the old and laggy one from before.

If this model sold in South East Asia with 6-speed manual transmission, I take it!!! Honda Accord in South East Asia considered executive car and manual transmission is getting unpopular in South East Asia... I didn't believe in US, Honda retained Manual Transmission while in South East Asia, Honda totally get rid of manual transmission...
