In this video I am going to give you my top 5 picks for a reliable SUV for under $3000. We are not going to be concerned with looks, 0-60 times, or even MPG this video is about RELIABILITY only. So basically I am going to cover cars that are cheap yet have no major or commonly known engine or transmission issues.

OK man - I took your advice and got a 2005 Honda CRV AWD. Got it for 2800.00 with a salvage title. No major damage and engine and transmission are bullet proof. It just took a fender, grill and radiator hit and was old enough that the insurance company gave up on it. I'm going to do a series of YouTube videos on fixing it up.

I been looking for reliable suv my first choice is Honda CRV love the look of suv its 4 cylinder easy on gas. great car still looking im on my 2nd Honda accord current one is 4 cylinder 2013 great car bought with 14k now has over 85 no issues at all. but SUV are $$ wouldnt recommend spending so little $3000 doesnt go a long way like it did long time ago. its best to spend near $10k or more especially if you drive alot you need reliability
