      I accidentally said "F-150" instead of "F-250."

Prediction: 4 million comments from people who think they're the first to point it out. 87 comments about wearing two t-shirts.

Love you Doug, but a lot of the things you think are new or strange, have been around for years, for significant reasons hahaha. Like the 8 lug nuts

Ok, so I tried giving you the benefit of the doubt. I watched your video on the new ford Ranger until I just couldnt take your annoying ass voice anymore, but being a life-long ford diesel owner, having all generations of trucks from the venerated 7.3 to the 6.7, I was interested to see if you were credible or not. I now know you are just full of shit. Completely. Another commenter was right, you are judging this thing the same way you would a POS Audi. Your concern with creature comforts (while there are many) and acceleration show that you know nothing of the market these trucks are built to use. The 6.7 powerstroke had huge shoes to fill (6.9 IDI and 7.3) with a big reputation black eye to fix (6.0 &6.4 and not that they were entirely earned). Your assertion that it is unwieldy in tight parking or driving conditions is absurd and confirms for me that you are better fit handling a latte machiato rather than judging a working man's truck. Most of us are used to the old days with front leaf springs that made our trucks more of a powered covered wagon than nimble. The 6.7 is light years ahead of that. You lost all credibility when the words "rolls royce" or "bentley" came out of your soft voiced mouth. This truck is plenty roomy and comfortable with commendable creature comforts for guys that work hard and honestly aren't trying to interested in "boat shoes" so much as "work boots." When we call it a day, we want the niceties without the bullshit. The 6.7 does this. Your overuse of the words "gargantuan" and "huge" indicate you may want to see a doctor about that, but the rest of us are pretty well used to driving shit that's big. So what? Your inability as a man to park something large without excessive cameras is telling and pathetic if you make a living off of evaluating vehicles. The 6.7 isnt without fault, but the truck gets an 8 out of 10 and you a 1 out of 10 as a so called expert. Stick to what you know, whatever that is, which certainly ain't trucks.

What I found truly hilarious about this truck..... Are the people who buy it. Nice 80k truck that you drive to a 15k trailer with no roof.

Modern day "trucks" are so far departed from their original purpose. Trucks of today are a joke.

$80k for a truck? A vehicle that starts to depreciate instantly once it tires roll down the dealerships driveway.
Instead, put $70k down on a home close to a major city (not in CA or NY state), spend another 10k to make it renter proof and start getting a return on your money instantly while your property appreciates.

If someone managed to import one of those into Japan it would be a highlight of the daily traffic reports, everyday there'd be "a new traffic jam.. oh no nevermind its just that big Ford truck again"

Why does no other manufacturer use the exterior keypad?
Because they don't want their cars to be easily stolen by a 17 year old with pen and paper camping out on a parking lot all day. That's why!

Esp. this one where the keypad is at eye level so you can't even hide the numbers you put in if you only have one hand free...AND THE KEYS ARE INSIDE!!!
There are some ideas where you just facepalm over every single company missing out on them. This isn't one of those.

What you get when you spend 80k on a pick up truck:
      A free rifle
A free wedding ceremony to anyone within your bloodline
A signed letter from Al Gore that reads "Fu*k you!"
Another signed letter from the Republican party asking for a donation in exchange for legislation that makes it cheaper to run this car than to run a bike.
A letter from a nigerian prince expressing his disbelief that you would fall for something this patently stupid
