As a designer I don’t agree with the statement that Kia(Hyundai) copies style from other luxury cars nowadays. On the contrary it’s the opposite way around these days. Peter Schreier and Luke Donkervolke is not a name that someone can just disrespect in the car industry.

Awesome review of the stinger. I have similar complaints but I went ahead and purchased a 2019 GT1 AWD. First choice was an Audi S7 but I wanted new and the wife wasn’t having it with the high cost of the Audi. I must admit I wish I had the Audi but the Kia is a decent alternative. I’m happy for now. Haha! However, an S7 blew by me this morning and I had a few choice words for my wife. lol! A great car for the money tho. Looking forward to the 2020 review of the S7. Great reviews!!

Love the look and performance of this car. But he is right, for the price range of $52kish and being a Kia brand, it is a bit hard to swallow. I bought a 2018 lexus GS 350 F sport OTD for $54k. So it is really a tough call.

Garbage. I tried one out, fully loaded, it felt like the rear was going to lose grip and I would lose control of the car. It's a GT. Stop comparing it to sports cars. It's a Hyundai and the engines tend to explode. Thanks but no thanks.

Just watched your G70 review and you knocked it for the transmission programming but applaud the Stinger's transmission and say it has great programming. What gives? Aren't they the same trannys/programming?

I think I’ll be smart and wait a couple of years and buy a G70 pet owned Certified. The best of both worlds. Let someone take the deprecation and get the 10/100 warranty by purchasing preowned certified!! The large hatch is nice, but I don’t need it!!! I’m a Hyundai fanboy! Nice video, thanks for your review!

I watched a lady wash one of these all muddy from the bottom to the top from the back to the front entirely with 1 Terry cloth. I prayed for the surface of that car for so many nights. It may be kia but it deserved better than that

If you are in the market for the Stinger, go test drive the genesis G70 or G80 sport (same engine, much higher quality)....you wont go back to the Stinger.

Plastic fake vents, especially in the hood, are keeping me from buying one. I can't seem to get past them.
