They really forgot to mention the Fiat which is at the same level as a Yugo/Lada.

One of my kids has one and everything breaks on it. Ball bearings - all have been replaced at least 2-3 times, shocks - what shocks gone busted numerous times. Hoses - leaks leaks leaks. Arm rest - door handles broken.

It’s far beyond a lemon - it’s an entire plantation.

      They should be banned!!!

what u need to know about the consumer reports list for new cars is that these rankings are for PROJECTED RELIABILITY. Bascically this is some pocket protector wearing stats geeks scraping up whatever info they can for cars that have been on the road for what 6 months? All manufacturers have problems. New models or drastic redesigns bring flaws to light once sold in masses. Some companies in general are just junk.... [fiat, chrysler, dodge, jeep, alpha romeo] but in reality JD power and consumer reports info is highly subjective.

There are 2 Hondas on the list and no Fords? These people have to be shills for Ford. I've driven Fords. Reliable is not an adjective I would ever use for them. LOL.

When you do a video like this could you get the total number of respondents that created the list? Meaning how many people wrote in about the Odyssey or about the pickup truck or about the Buick? Without knowing the population of respondents to consumer reports, it doesn't give us a lot of confidence in what their numbers might be or what their ratings are.

I was a child in the 1980s and distinctly remember that cars seemed to break down on a weekly basis. Today, even an 'unreliable' car will mainly have glitches but usually won't die completely. I have more than one memory of me and my parents walking home after yet another engineering design flaw reared it's ugly head. With most vehicles, if they made it to 100,000 miles whey would be on their death beds. The worst was a Renault Alliance that someone literally gave to my dad. That's how much of a POS it was I guess. We didn't have much money, so maybe people who bought new cars ended up better experiences. The sad part is after a while, walking home a few miles from the grocery store after being stranded by a car didn't seem to be out of the ordinary.

Dodge is a bullet prof truck, i have a 96 dodge 2500 Cummins and it’s still running like a champ. These new trucks are cutting corners for new technologies and comfort. News flash, TRUCKS ARE NOT MEANT FOR COMFORT. That’s what SUV’s or sedans are for.
