I don't get comments that the BMW's interior/dash layout looks dated. What does he want BMW to do to "update" the look? More video screens? Should all controls be computer generated touch screens. No thanks. You can keep Tesla's video game looking dash. I'll take some buttons and dials. And what's with the "give it the beans" phrase? Is he 8 years old?

You would have to be on crack to buy that acura over any of the other cars... Its a cheaply built imitation, for me it's the XC60 all day long, particularly in light coloured interior such a nice place to be, the XC90 started the SUV craze and the XC60 is the best in class

All that and nothing about the RDX acceleration!

I would go for the BMW X3 M4.0 Stylish and Fast. Sure there's an AMG version of the GLC also but if you read Consumer's Report, the Mercedes and the Volvo have the most issues, The RDX has in my opinion a very bizarre interior and I like shift levers. I don't like the push button on the new Lincolns or the Acura RDX. So that leaves the BMW X3 and according to the surveys and CR's reliability reviews, the BMW X3 is the class leader by a huge margin. Add to that the spice of M for that gorgeous M interior and exterior design elements including the blue brakes and it's a winner.

Honda/Acura really stepped their game up. Unfortunately with such great aesthetics and technology I can no longer justifiably afford lol.

Pull the hood lever twice and just lift the hood or pull it once and fumble under the hood trying to find how to open it!

Great video, but I took the Q5. The interior somehow reminds me of a Maserati, and I like the pickup of it more than any other car on this list.

Acura/Honda, simplify your designs, please!!! I hate American cars, they are always over styled. Your new little electric vehicle is going in the right direction. It's elegant and distinctive.

Judging "seriousness" and performance of the car by the size of the exhaust tips ? Really? You guys are real PROs

The Audi Q5 might be a potential serious accident trap if you break down or stop in the night to open that rear door and rear lights go up with the door, how will incoming care see you clearly if there are no reflector lights to alert them ! I guess many cars come with auto stop technology so the danger might be lessened.

"Consumer Reports can no longer recommend six car models, including the Acura RDX SUV... because of problems identified in CR’s annual reliability survey. The survey has data on 470,000 vehicles as reported by their owners."

Easy decision for me. If I’m getting an SUV, I’ll take an Audi. If I’m getting a Sedan, I’ll take a Benz. The Q5 is the best car there.

Quick fix, the Audi is NOT primarily FWD, the ONLY TIME it reverts to FWD is under very straight and steady driving only to save gas (highways etc). Otherwise it is always activated, including any time the temperature is 40f or less.

Sorry, I'm Audi certified and it really bugs me when people confuse how the Quattro Ultra Tech works lol.

Jordan Erickson - key phrase you said, “when needed”. So on typically highways which is more than 50% for most people’s driving situation , the AWD wouldn’t even activate— regardless of how “quick” it activates.

+GHN1013 highways typically, or any stable driving. It reacts instantly when needed. Reading .5 seconds ahead (algorithm wizardry) and can activate fully within .25 seconds. In other words it's the first true instant AWD system, with fuel savings when grip is not needed, via decoupling the rear driveshaft.

So basically it IS a FWD when driving on highways? Gotcha.

The RDX review was disappointing. Was the acceleration good or bad? We'll never know.
