Absolutely stunning! Give me this car over a new C8 or any exotic. Simply beautiful car!
Jay should realize when he's speaking to someone who knows more about this car than he does. And please don't toss the car's literature on the driver's seat like it's just a brochure.

Describing the sound of an american V8 as "basso profundo" seems wrong to me.

" welcome to...( incomprehensible mumble ) of Jay Leno's garage.."
Jay, do us all a favour and enunciate these two words: "another episode" . We know you can do it. I wouldn't make such a petty comment, except you do this same weird thing, with every episode of Jay Leno's garage.

A school friend bought one that was wrecked in the front. His plan was to fix it and sell it.
He spend years working on it, combining his school and several jobs to save for parts.
Instead of selling, he decided to keep it.

It is a well loved, maintained, good looking car that won several car show awards.
      And the sound...man...what a sound...

The Cleveland wasn't even Ford's newest performance engine, it was a Truck engine first and foremost. Then modified for performance when they saw the giant performance capabilities of the head.

The whole odd place of selling cars also happened with the Opel GT being sold at Buick dealerships. Same basic concept, huge sedans and stuff then the tiny sporty GT sitting in the corner. It took me forever to get all the pieces and do the work on the side to make mine like new due to poor sales back in the day. Guess they didn't want to cut into Corvette sales or something so they put it on the side at Buick where most people wouldn't be interesting to begin with.

I love those cars. The first time I saw one I was 12 yrs. old and fell in love. I like the color of this one, very close to my 88 951 in cobalt blue.
