Amazing what man can achieve when he sets his mind to it such a wounder of a piece of equipment to excavate the earth movement equipment! What it can accomplish in a day would take months years ago to do like digging the sewer cannel for instance

This one is little compared to the Komatsu D575A 1,150 horsepower and 131 tons and can move 90 yards of dirt in a single pass. I think the u blade on this one is 28 yards. Looks nice but it has a long way to go to equal the Komatsu D575A.

I can't help but wonder if that rig would pass a DOT inspection I.e number of chains versus weight of machine and the (removable) blade suspended mid air? unsecured

Wow, all the effort that went in to protecting that floor, and they let that woman toss those steel plates down onto it. I guess she didn’t get the memo.

If you haven't been to Beaufort, South Carolina, you should go check it out. My daughter and son in law live there, and we may end up moving there. It's a really nice area.@Thomas Davidson

Robert Palmer, I think you may have misunderstood.
I love living in north Georgia. We’ve got some of the best motorcycle riding in the world in these mountains, the temp and humidity levels aren’t as bad as South Georgia in the summer.
It’s also been the number one state in the union to do business in the last 5 years in a row.
Oh, one other thing. When it snows here, I can just leave it alone. It will go away all by itself.

Robert Palmer, yes sir, I still miss those Friday fish fries.
Having the gear and being prepared is the biggest part of the battle. From there, you just do the best you can working within the constraints of all those layers.
Glad to know you actually liked it. It sure is beautiful in that area. Problem is, the place is run by idiots.
