Last year of this generation Fusion and it's still a great car. Super excited for the 2013 model tho!

Be more objective in your reviews and don’t nit pick so much. Also, adjust the way you hold your camera and record. I can’t see half of the things you’re talking about because you have the camera aimed somewhere else.

I don't mind not having a manual... i wish it had one just for the lols. But automatic is so much better for long trips

I love the Blue Flame Metallic color. I dont think the new Fusions come in this color.
Ford should come back with this color on the Fusions.

This is the old design for the Fusion. The new Fusions look superior

Agreed. Though the 2010-2012 models were much better than the 2006-2009 models.

Stop talking about a TSX or an Accord... You are doing a review of the Fusion, focus on it, this is not a comparative video. Worst, if you work in a Ford dealer

The Fusion was always a nice car since the production of it. It stepped up very well in 2010, thats why it was the car of the year for 2010. The Sport is top of the line best in class. I do not think the new ones are better. They have way too many features and touch screens, too much technology but where this Fusion Sport is at I love. Its perfect for me because it looks very stunning front the smoked grille to the dual exhaust. I just really love this car.

Hi..currently looking to buy a used 2012 sport...any pointers I need to look at or check out before buying?? The vehicle has 23,600 miles on it. Is it worth it to buy?? Thanks.

+Zachary Cropper Wow, thats odd. What exactly was the problem you had by the way? Mine has the 402A package, (which doesnt make a difference) but still hasnt had an issue. Although Im very close with a mechanic so we tune it up normally, and still havent had an issue. Btw, how many miles did yours have when you had the problem? Mileage always is the key...but those 3.5L Duratec engines I know are very reliable engines. I dont know, I was never crazy about anything with more than 300HP. I guess sticking a SUV engine into a Fusion makes up for that, still very fast for the midsize class everyone has to admit.

+Daniel Woodz It is/was on my IG because I am a car enthusiast and enjoy cleaning/taking care of my vehicles. However, I will admit when a car is flawed. Friend of mine is a master tech and told me mine wasn't the first he's seen do what mine did. I'm not bagging on your ride man, they are nice cars. But some are flawed, I had a flawed one. I'm glad you enjoy your ride though and i'll enjoy my 420 HP coyote mustang that replaced the fusion.

Also, it's my cover on Google plus because i made that my cover when I bought the car, i don't use google plus at all though so I completely forgot it was there.

Well trust me, I know quite a few people as references to even know Fusion's are good including myself. My grandma had a 2009 SEL V6 for a while (She's a floor it kind of person) and never had one problem. Now she got a new Escape. And my other grandma has a 2010 Fusion base and has not had a issue other than the tire pressure fluctuates. I dont know what this other guy was talking about, his engine blew a rod? Im not  a mechainic but I find it hard to beleive a reliable car would do that. Anyway, test drive it and see how nice it is for yourself!

+Daniel Woodz yeah, just wondering.. The 08/09 sable was a dream. It's spacious & the leg room was like no other. I like Mercury/Ford & most of their cars r good looking; + I don't want to buy any car that's foreign. 😁😎

+Zachary Cropper been flooring the sable a long time lol. A lot of mechanics say the car's in good shape for 12+ years , maintenance under the hood & out & I try to drive it pretty mellow; but just asking about the fusion because it's similar to me--& I love the blue color!!! Too bad they stopped sable production, it's a shame 😒

My mom had this same car except it had the back-up camera/sensors and it had a stock Sony sound system. Only problem was the high payments, other than that this car was an amazing car, if you're looking for a car this would be a good place to start

The 6F35 transmission must be really bad, then.  The AISIN in my 2012 Sport is one of the worst transmissions I have ever encountered.

+John Wood What?????? AISIN makes the best transmissions.

John Wood In reply to John Wood

No, with just 12000 miles on the car, the transmission quite frequently hangs in gear and won't upshift.  This gets worse the hotter the car gets or the warmer the weather.

How so? You must be very hard on transmissions then considering the AISIN is a very good transmission.

the plastic cover on some engines is just for looks and a big waste of materials. It also costs you more when maintenance is due because it has to be removed for some work to be done. It's not very "green" and car companies are shooting for that. thanks for the video.

Plastic Engine cover just = more weight. It all add's up. Thats why yesterdays cars were so much lighter than todays car's. This car in particular is 3,591lb. With AWD- 3,803lb

Guess what. This video is the reason why I got my Sport in blue. Very informative and honest. I hate reviews where dealers just say their car is the best. Majority of educated folks will understand there's no perfect car. It's the cons and pros that make educated folks make a decision, not just the non-sense sugar talk waist of time. Thank you xoq for being honest and for providing the facts.

Depends on your driving style n driving feel. If you to be more connected go for the sport. Yes you can find them 5. Years from now but it would be in a used car dealership

Very well. Good luck to you young man. Just remember....and you'll learn this over time but when you're selling a product, that product HAS to be the BEST product. After all, why would you lower your standards by selling anything but the BEST. When selling a Ford Fusion, by God....that Fusion is the best damn thing since sliced bread. (I'm 44, been around the block a couple times) LOL
Redo the Sport review for me, but this time do a couple 0-60 time trials. I wanna hear that 3.5 breath.

Finally the Fusion Review, time to troll!! lol
My sister bought a 2012 Fully loaded SEL with nav and blind spot detection in Dec. She loves her Ford, I dislike Fords in general, they are poorly manufactured as far as interior quality. Exterior design for this fusion is okay, though does not look upscale compared to the competitors. I still choose my 05 Acura TL than her new ford. Her car's navi graphics are worse than my 05 TL. Honda Accord or Camry have more upscale interiors, why cant Ford to

If I were in the market for a new car, this might just be it. I would definitely go for a midsize V6 vehicle, and the Fusion delivers. I've been a fan of the Fusion Sport since 2010 and despite the upcoming 2013 redesign, I think I would be perfectly happy waiting for them to come out to get a 2012 for a steal!
