If you wanna be able to turn on your car outside of the vehicle, you'll need to get remote start installed. Car Toys has a bunch of kits and can install it very well for you. I have it on my 2012 Acura TSX

Too bad this can't be done via the remote. Kindly strange considering that you can roll down the windows down using it but not going up.

Safety reason, so you aren't 40 feet away and your kid is sticking his head out the window and you remotely roll it up on him.

This is clearly mentioned in the owner's manual. Not sure why more people don't take advantage of it. You can also open the moonroof and all 4 windows by pressing unlock on the fob itself, then pressing and holding unlock again and releasing the button when the windows have opened as much as you want them to be. To close them it requires the use of the key itself though, can't do that with the fob.

If they made it roll up, it can pin people so that's a lawsuit. All tricks are gimmicks to sell cars.

+Honda Freak I just tilt the moonroof and use a sunshade. But I guess if you're fast enough you can do that lol

was just going to ask how to close the windows with the key fob.
i don't understand why Acura made it so they roll down but not up.
i like to crack the windows when im at work, the windows roll down so fast there about half way down before i can stop it. then if u go too far i have to put the key in and roll them up a little.

I used to use this all the time in the summer on my Honda Accord, it was nice to open everything up on those blistery hot days as I walked out of work to my vehicle. One of the many things I miss about that car!

This works on my 2004 Acura TSX. Thank you! I've been wondering for a while now how to roll the windows up with my key fob. I've known about rolling them down by clicking and holding unlock twice

Safety reason so if your kid is hanging out the window and you are 50+ feet away you don't choke him to death.

+Relax4Life To roll the windows up using your key fob, you'll need an aftermarket kit that allows you to do that.

No, I dont. That was what I wanted to ask. Since we can roll down the window using the key fob, so I was hoping we can do the same way rolling the window up without having to have the key in the door.
