I installed a Moto Fab 2.5" Leveling kit on my new 5th Gen 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn Sport. This kit isn't made for 5th Gen Rams, but it works just fine. No Modifications needed for this kit to work on the new trucks. 10/10 Recommend. Make sure you browse the channel and subscribe, as always, thanks for watching!

Lol "when you go with the 2" over the 2.5" you can really tell it isn't level".... nah dude, I have the 2" and there is zero difference in appearance over the 2.5". I can understand wanting to justify why you paid more for that level, but you are not seeing a "huge" difference from a .5"

Whatever you guys do, I wouldn’t recommend the 2in rough country leveling kit. I worked a deal and had the dealership install 2in leveling kit and 35x12.50x20 Toyo MT on factory 20s. I don’t rub anywhere at all, perfect clearance. Only issue I have, it’s still nose diving. I just ordered the 2.5 kit used in this video.

When you put this kit on, was the springs put back on the same position when taking them off or did y’all have to spin the springs for it to fit back on?? I got the same kit from the link you added ,took it to a local shop they put it on but it makes knocking sounds on speed bumps and small potholes on the roads. I took it back they told me ,it might be the kit,and if y’all had to sping the springs to fit it back on ?

We had to spin the struts to fit them back into the truck for the bolts to line up with the holes.. I don't hear any knocking noises when I go over bumps though..

I was thinking of using this same kit on mine, just wanted to know how you find suspension afterwards, does it put any additional stress on ball joints, tie rods, or stabilizer links.

Me and my buddies took on this project last weekend. Took us three hours for the first side (some of that waiting for the pickle fork to show up) and an hour on the second side. Got it aligned the next day ( looks like they used 2018 specs) and it drove great. Picked up the Fuel Mavericks in 20” with the BF Goodrich K02’s 275/65R20 (about 34” tall). Looks and rides great! I figure if the ball joints or bushings go out prematurely, I will just upgrade them at a later date. Thanks again for the video, very helpful. I kept wondering why you guys were using the open end wrenches instead of sockets...then I realized that you need to hold the bolt on the bottom with the smaller wrench or socket to keep it from spinning 🤣. One note...make sure that the threaded studs are in good! I had one back out when tightening. Good luck!

Great videos! I just purchased my 2019 Ram Laramie Sport - Ivory White with the stock wheels and tires. I'm looking to lift or level as well as add the spacers (from your other video) to give it that "stance." I'm curious if while you're doing all this, do you recommend a different shock from stock? Any issues with a 2 1/2" lift instead of level if I prefer that look? Thanks-

hey there i'm about to install the same kit on my 2017 , great video and really nice truck.. one question tho since i'll be doing this on my own, so the bolt supplied with the kit will go to secure the strut and the bolt that were on the strut will go to secure the spacers on strut instead ? have you had any issue with the balljoints ? thanks !

Great video....I've been back and forth with the Motofab or the 3.5 SST kit for my 5th gen Ram. They have a 3in for the front and 1in for the rear and was gonna roll with that. Ill put the link below. I wanted to tell you that the rep from Motofab was telling me that the 2in front makes the truck level not the 2.5 but clearly that not the case when I look at your truck. I always have dirt bikes in the back so if there's a half in of rake Id be ok.

You can see he has his old tires in the bed.

This video is great....after a lot of debating Im going to do their 3in in the front and 1in in the rear and roll with 295/60/20's. Stoked! That should give me about 1/2 of rake right? I always have dirt bikes in the back and a tiny bit could help. This seems better than the 3.5in SST kit from ReadyLift.

I just wish you had shown in the video the re-install, what a work out that was, but i got it done and back together, now i can't find anyone in my area that will align the truck, they all say they don't have the software for the 2019!
