The 2014 Hyundai i30 (aka Elantra GT) is America's best designed and most reliable small sedan of 2014. Powered by new cutting-edge Hyundai auto technology, this is Korean manufacturing specialty at its best.

Hyundai technology is 100% Korean technology so you can expect the newest and most advanced auto technology because Korean technology companies are the most advanced in the world (look at Samsung... the world’s biggest technology company by revenue)

Good to know I'm quite safe in mine. :) Hope it will never come to a crash, but at least I'm in a safe car.

they do test right hand drive cars, but they just arent posting them. besides, they would argue that the uk should conform :P anyway, really? wouldnt the engine being on the left score better? cause the engine can absorb aswell.

Please note that this car isn't fitted with driver knee airbag.
In Europe , knee airbag is option ; but in Australia and US (Elantra GT) are standard in all model

      These are left-hand drive vehicles.

What about right-hand vehicles? Most of you will know that the engines in cars are situated towards the right-hand side of the engine bay in order to score well in these tests, but for UK drivers who sit on the right, this could mean the results from the EURO NCAP tests aren't actually applicable. The current crash tests do not directly impact the engine.

      Any comment from EURO NCAP?
