These are my thoughts on the Zontes ZT250-V. In other markets is known as the Vento Rocketman 250. I share my thoughts of the bike and what it has been like to ride and own over the past 1,100 kilometres.

@Pedro Miguel maybe, but, plenty for the city riding I mainly do. I once rode a distance of 170km on it and only wished for more power when overtaking. Otherwise I was quite happy with it. Remember how much it costs 😉

Hi Job. Cheers for the review as there's not a lot of info on the net (Can't seem to find a torque figure for the life of me!). I love watching many reviews but since I couldn't find many, I've had to make due with Spanish videos of the rocketman ! 😂 Anyway, I plan on pulling the trigger on this one very soon (Beth Mobility). I absolutely love the cafe racer look but my biggest gripe with this particular one is the seat; It's quite hard and narrow. Not sure how you're getting by...

@Manuel Mikewa I find it more comfortable with a pillion - the suspension is softer. They really are in your space though, so...

@Job Ballard Really? Ok that sounds promising. Also, have you tried riding with a passenger and if so, how was the experience? The seat is quite short - I will be riding solo mainly but it would be great to know that the option is feasible.

@Job Ballard oh and one more thing if your kick starter isn't working its because your compression within the engine is off I had same problem with some of my bikes.

@Job Ballard you can tell by just looking at the engine most 250cc are twin cylinders I live in the UK and they sell that bike under a different name its called the rocket man 125cc. Personally I don't like the name😂😂

I had a similar suspicion, having done a little research I found a 250cc version sold under the Vento brand name. That said, anything is possible!

Hello my friend, good review. I got the same bike. version in Mexico is named rocketman 250 by Vento.
It's a nice bike for the price. I agree with you because there is not much information about this bike on the internet. One point in favor is that it can be very modifiable as customizable.

I wish you the best greetings from mexico

Thanks for the feedback... Taxes in Kenya are crazy so we can only import cheap bikes, unless you have a lot of money and can import something nicer... :-)
