Will these batteries degrade over time? In other words, if one of these cars is made and just parked in the garage for 10 or 15 years without ever being driven or charged/drained/recharged, will the batteries still perform just as good as new?

so the battery is a human-made lake modeled on the relationship that exists between the bodies of living things and the world to be reborn as living things, via the proton-wheeling orb we call sun. it works similar to the process of osmosis. but the best process yet is the one that living things rely on: photonic synthesy

When you say it could be driven with one pedal I got a bit confused. I was under the impression that the further you depressed the brake the more the induction motor would tax the vehicles speed by spinning faster in reverse to charge the batteries more. Panic braking and the final halt to be provided by the brake pads. Is this not the case?

5:00 you said the core technology can't be copied, you mean battery technology? but isn't it the technology of the battery manufacturers like Panasonic and CATL?

Well I think basically the main reason lies in cooling the cells, its much easier and efficient to cool a cell than a single large battery.
