Do the assembly workers ever rotate assembly duties? Seems it would get monotonous doing the same thing every day. Always kool watching a product emerge for the sum of its parts. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Chevrolet, Take notes. This is one of the Shittiest car promotional video that I have ever seen. I would pulled it down. And these viewers comments are total bullshit. Paid for. To be clear , I have no disrespect for the workers in the film. My message is toward the video producers and editing staff that made this depressing video.

America's first real sports car evolved over the years, and the UAW workers keep making them roll along. I assume the Bowling Green Plant has almost done the retooling for the new 2020 mid-engine Corvette to be built end of 2019. The guys and gals will be busy for sure once they start selling the end of this year. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Compared to European cars the lineup of Corvettes have always been a MUCH better buy. Take the $650,000 Porsche GT2 ra, it was tenths of a second faster than the 2019 ZR1 corvette on the track while the ZR1 was better as a road car. The Porsche did cost 4.30X more than the ZR1 meaning you could buy a $500,000 house to park your ZR1 in it's garage.

It's too bad people have to belong to an "organization" to work. And they have to pay to belong. Glad I never had to belong to a goonion.

@Mac Neoh How is it GM is costing tax payers for making junk? A bankruptcy does not come from tax payer funds. GM has over the last 8 years have had the highest rated cars and trucks of the three American brands. I know when a Ford or Dodge leg humper is making things up. But nice try.

For you people complaining about union killing all the jobs in America. The fact is most jobs these days don't have unions such as Walmart, Kmart, Sears Toys R us, Macys and McDonalds. They are being destroid by other variable like there pencil thin margins for profits and the fact there is so much competion for a dollar at a national level. As is with GM, They were in competion with cheaper better foreing manufacturers.

They are so precise, I wonder if there's any problems during assembly. It seems that every part is tested before assembly and they further test things when they are connected. I wonder is there are any like ohh, this light is not turning on or the gap between two panels are too narrow and how they handle those. The whole 2 mile ride is like a clockwork, there's no time to stop or anything.

Itโ€™s not necessarily their fault. They make what the consumer wants to buy. I agree I would love to see a new Nova SS, but the market info shows that it simply wouldnโ€™t sell

We have been there a few times. Last was when we went to pickup the wife's '03 Anniversary coupe across the street at the Museum. Watching them being built never gets old. Especially like the special tour you get with the Museum delivery. The wife even got to do the "First Start", she enjoyed that. Keep up the good work that you all do. Maybe we will see ya soon, C8 coming.
