#Hyundai didn't have much luck with their first two 3-row crossovers but for 2020 they are hoping to hit a home run with the all-new #Palisade. It is the largest SUV they have ever built and the interior is filled with new technology, premium materials, and lots of room for the growing American family. Add to it a unique exterior design and this new large SUV should be the home run that Hyundai needs.

Your very good at specks and info on vehicles but have some personality. You remind me of a Vulcan from the old school original Star Trek show. Minimize your hand from touching each other all the time.

I got a chance to see the Hyundai Palisade, Genesis GV80 and Kia Telluride at the DC auto show a few weeks ago. They are good looking. You will not go wrong with either. Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis are "mechanically" the same same car, but their personalities are different. Kia has always been the "sporty one". Hyundai has been the "elegant one"and Genesis will take them both to a different level. The Hyundai Palisade, Kia Telluride, and Genesis GV80 are big and roomy, but not FULL SIZE BIG. In terms of length, The Telluride, GV80, and Palisade are as long as the Honda Pilot, the new generation Toyota Highlander (it's about 3-6 inches longer) and the GM Triplets (Chevy Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Buick Enclave) What will be interesting is the Sorento V6 and Telluride will go against each other and go against their competitors: Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Mazda CX9, Nissan Pathfinder, the GM Triplets, Ford Explorer and VW Atlas. The three row midsize CUV will really heat up. It all depends on taste.

I am the proud owner of two Hyundais (17 Elantra Value Sedan and 18 Tucson SEL Plus) and I love them both. They ride nice. Hyundai, Kia, and now Genesis are for real. They have reallly been for real since 2010. You cannot look past or take them lightly anymore.

GREAT VIDEO BUT I'm NOT CERTAIN ABOUT HYUNDAI'S LOCATION FOR THE WIRELESS CHARGING STATION ( I carry coffee and drinks all the time when driving and the occasional spillage into the cup holders happen , especially when hitting unexpected potholes - can you imagine the spillage , all over my phone and leaking potentially into any wiring below ) ...... NOT A VERY BRIGHT DESIGN ON HYUNDAI'S PART ..... BUT ..... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE VEHICLE .....

Sofyan, since the US models have not arrived as yet, could you suggest to
Hyundai that the Korea versions (three headlamp lenses, grill and front
passenger seat controls) would be well received in the US.?

I rented a 2017 elentra with about 30k on the engine and when i started it in the morning the engine made a weird noise until it warmed up. Granted i drove 300 miles one way and the car made it with no issues but that engine noise really scared me. My daily is a 2002 Honda Accord 3.0L V6 with 262,000 miles and it doesnt make any weird noise or ticks like that elentra. Unless it comes with a seriously good warranty i would stay away. If anyone has an older hyundai and wants to try to sway my opinion on them please do and please be honest. I know tons of people who lie about how reliable their is and how they havent had any issues with the car when in all reality theyve brought it to the mechanic shop to fix something and lied about it to make it seem like they havent made a horrible choice in cars. I love my honda accord but ive had to take it to a garage a few times. Ive had multiple misfire issues that turned out to be a single bad coil pack. I changed the coil pack and boom car ran great again. Then i had to take it back for the same misfire in the same cylinder and it turned out the coil pack went bad becauze i decided to go a cheap route. Since then ive replaced the coil pack with a higher quality one and i havent had any issues. I havent done anything else other than change the spark plugs, oil and air filter since i bought it. Car runs great now. Everything works. Actually this car made me really like the 3.0L V6 J series engines Honda made. But i cant speak for the 3.5L v6 j series engines they put in 2008s and up. Ive seen countless ticking with the 3.5s even one my brother had that only had 80,000 miles on it. He ended up selling it cause he was scared of the ticking too.

It's like why even bother buying the overpriced BMW or Mercedes? This is beyond beautiful & luxurious. I'm pretty sure the price will be great too. Awesome job Hyundai.

Just an opinion. I have a Sante Fe and really like it. Alot for the money and great warranty. They need to offer more Black rims / wider wheels etc. Allow us some extra options so we can cool it up a bit. Not everyone is driving the kids to soccer!!
