Despite claims to the contrary, the CT5 is very much a "tweener" sedan, and that's OK with me. The ATS was too small, so was the CTS in many ways but the CT5 on teh other hand solves all that with 5-Series sizing and a price tag expected to be more 3 than 5. Toss in handling dynamics that are likely to be among the best in the segment and the new CT5 should be a solid competitor. If you're looking for a roomy cabin, there's a Caddy for that.

Cadillac owners will not care about the critics but simply buy these vehicles hand over fist as they are the best on the market period right now. The Lincoln Navigator has been the only slam dunk win against the Cadillac Brand going on many years now. Everyone else is now competing with Tesla for 2nd Place. Good luck with that!..

The plastic C Pillar. They should have just put a turd figurine there instead. It has the same effect.

Really GM???๐Ÿ˜€ This ain't nothing but a cosmetically engineered Chevrolet Impala. Ya know, the one they "discontinued". Call me crazy, but look at it again and you'll see. ๐Ÿ˜€ GM ought to be ashamed of themselves

Looks like a cheap copy of the Ford Modao. Why build a car that looks 5 years old? This would never happen in the 50's and 60's

How GM can get this so wrong. Cadillac is land mark piece of americana but instead of that this one is ugly and more like Kia..or something but not Cadillac.
      Simply no thank you.

I think GM copying a little bit off Japanese for specific Infiniti the q70 is not a full size sedan or midsize it's in between competing with 5series and a6 etc plus I have but away whoo I see alot of japense influence in this cts6 I now Mercedes is working with Infiniti to perfect there v6:engin but I think GM doing business on the low the the Japanese to good for them if soo

STOP.. BIG PROBLEM with this car. The gas gauge... NO NEEDLE... just little lights. it is VERY DANGEROUS, you can not read your gas gauge 'at a glance'... Also, notice, NO WHERE is a Cadillac emblem...? If Im spending nearly $50,000 for a CADILLAC I want EVERYONE TO KNOW IT...

I feel that Cadillac screwed up big-time. for one the window treatment in the back on the side is completely and utterly a Honda Accord window shape. it's odd does not look good you messed up Cadillac and the interior is very boring also.

Cadillac you lost your way and it's time to come back to the way you use to be and stop trying to be a Mercedes or BMW, it's not working for you. Also Cadillac, you need to stop trying to get the Mercedes and BMW buyers, if you haven't captured that market of buyers by now, it's not going to happen. Cadillac, go back to being a Luxury Car again like you were in the 50,s - 90's, and go back to naming your cars and stop using letters and numbers. Would be nice to see Cadillac build bigger luxurious cars again.

I saw this car at the NYC Automobile Show... Not crazy about the styling from the B-Pillar to the back. C-Pillar is rather UGLY! Rear deck is real short, looks like the trunk is small (but we'll see when the specs are released). Cadillac stylists have missed the boat again. They need a Coupe, as in a 2 door, not a 4-door Coupe, regardless what the stats say, build a freakin' Coupe.

This car is within a half inch of the 5 series. In what sense does the person that did this report think the CT5 is a 'tweener'? The fact is that it's not a tweener. People should stop promoting this bit of misinformation. CT6 is a direct competitor to the 5 series BMW and E class Benz. Pricing will likely be similar as well.
