I ride and review the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS, and compare it to my Ninja 300. Overall a great bike! Will it satisfy my testosterone-based need for an adrenaline filled 600? Tell me what you think!

Never been on a bike before and I’m looking for my first bike. I’m debating whether to get a ninja 300 or a 650. Any experienced riders out there that will share some knowledge with a newbie??

I bought a used 2012 Ninja 650 about 5 weeks ago, had 7k+ miles very good condition for $2500. I fucking love it, had 3 other Ninjas in my lifetime, I'm 48yrs old. It's the right combo of HP, weight, speed, and handling. It's comfortable to ride, is ready to get ripping but doesn't push you to do crazy shit that gets people killed.

Where can I get a new shift lever for the ninja 650? I've been trying to find aftermarket stuff but it seems like kawasaki doesn't even sell OEM replacement parts for the shift levers.

Hi, thanks for the video. I'm trying to decide which one to buy. Trying to leave scooter's world behind me ;) You mentioned there were a lot of vibrations. Did you bought it? Are you happy? Are the vibrations too much or you can deal with them? Thanks for the input.

so what did you end up doing? i have an 02 zx6r and honestly i wouldn't mind having one of these...really nice bike...but anyone reading this check out the 02 is zx6rs or the   up to 09 zzr's they are real sport bikes but a bit more upright and comfy...plus they can be found in good shape and cheap and you get much more bike for the money :)

Front tire won't lift off the ground unless you're revving it up and then pop the clutch loose or are quite light weight and let off at a high rpm and after engine breaks for a moment gun the gas again. Even then you are really having to try to get a power wheelie to happen. Also looks more like the zx6r than 650 but over all good review. Side note I also own a 2013 650 ninja, first bike.

+Po Russki if you live in NY I'd give you a deal on mine. But I like it though, has quite a bit of torque and handles well. Can top it out around 125 mph and get a 0-60 of under 4 sec. Also gas mileage is really good. If you can afford it I'd recommend this as first bike and wouldn't go smaller. It's forgiving enough that you can learn on it so long as you don't act like a total dumbass. I nearly shat myself the first time I had it up to 50 but can top it out now without crapping myself and still having fun on it.

I'm 5'5 190 and was thinking about starting off with the ninja 650. Take the safety course in bout a month and buying my first bike the day after I finish. Any suggestions and is it a way I will be able to lower the seat height?

So lately I've been thinking about getting a bike just for fun, and have heard that the ninja 300 is the perfect starter bike. How does a 650 compare in terms of being a beginner bike? I'm 6'3" and would most likely only ride for fun, not as a daily commuter bike. Any advice is appreciated!

you'll see when you take the safety course if you do it through the msf, they will have little 250s and you can see if that will be enough

I'm 6'4" 230 lbs and ride a 300. I ride in town no highway and it's fine. It's very light and I feel like I won't get into too much trouble with it. Can definitely see upgrading in a year if money is okay. But for now it's fun ringing the neck of the 300
