My mom just got that G wagon and I'm so happy to show this to her and know that she is in a safe car

Mercedes G-wagon is 15th in poor reliability rating, ncap concluded if it doesn’t run much safer.

I like my G. Never buy Jeep, overpriced for low quality.

Probably. It heads straight onto metal.

There is also a GIANT price difference. You can purchase two sport level Wranglers for the price of a G Wagon.

i cant see that big of a difference, a bigger airbag would make the jeep just as comfortable in a accident

I look at these videos and I see virtually nothing different. Not sure why the Mercedes got a five star in the jeep got a one star. Because it looks exactly the same to me

+Zack J Yes, I'm sure the big Benz Box's airbags come equipped with Egyptian cotton for extra luxurious cushioning 😁

The Jeep's airbags are not as luxurious or comfortable.

+Nathan White That's all true. Even though the Wrangler did great in both IIHS frontal tests, offset and small overlap, the Wrangler received only a Marginal rating the Wrangler in the IIHS side impact crash test, with a high possiblity of rib or pelvis fractures to the driver and possible injuries to the rear psssenger. The thin doors don't help with the crash protection. The G-wagon in comparison is a tank all around, as these EuroNCAP crash tests show. Absorbing the energy like a Benz should, like you said. The vehicle has not been tested by the IIHS.

+Hakeem Sd70M I'm not taking anything away from the Jeep but as I said there is more structural damage to the jeep that you cannot see and the Mercedes is and has a way stronger body and has less structural damage and way less damage to the cabin as you can see the door opens in the door has problem maintaining their position in the cabin krogens around them leaving the occupants with less space and therefore and thereby decreasing their chances of living in Mercedes maintain their shape in there size and Jeep copies Mercedes anyways a Mercedes invented crumple Zone and all these safety features and Mercedes invented the crash test so if it wasn't for Mercedes being the first a motorized vehicle he wouldn't have a vehicle to compete against
