Snow!!! Offroading in white powder. Out playing in the snow with a JL Rubicon jeep on 40" Cooper STT Pros and a Power Wagon on 37" Cooper STT Pros.

We had a lot of fun wheeling and hiking with the dogs to frozen waterfalls at Hyalite Canyon just outside of Bozeman Montana. Hope you enjoy the video! Like and subscribe, thank you!

A long arm upgrade on that JL would help push that rear tire back and recenter it.

Two great trucks and fluffy snow. Looks like fun. Unfortunately, here in North Dakota, when we get a lot of snow the wind usually blows and it becomes packed like wet concrete.

Did you just say at ~ 5:40 that you intend to reduce your steering articulation to compensate for running tires that are too large, and therefore rub?
That's way, way dumber than what the driver of that Outlander did.

+outdoor704 I'm a little confused- I thought your tires were larger than stock?
Really, you do you, but adding an extra foot or two to your radius might suck out on the trail.
Glad you're having fun with it, though!

It's a pretty common practice, usually isn't a problem as long as it's done properly.

+Ben VS Ben losing a little turning radius is no biggie! just makes it harder to do threepoint turns! witch i do about 10 times a year! its going to get the Thuren leveing lift on it in the future! having to much fun with it stock and the proper size tire right now!

Did you have any axlewrap with the power wagon? I have a 2007 on 35" Open Country MT's and in heavy wet snow I get a bunch of axlewrap.

That's because of the leaf spring suspension, mine has four link with coils so all I get is bounce.

Mak6 they make 3 different versions of the power wagon the Laramie wagon same as in the video which has all options with no stickers just badge on tailgate the slt wagon with the stickers (most common) but can have stickers removed and then there's base model tradesman wagon (bare bones option no stickers and has lockers winch and sway bar disconnect)

Funny. I also own a 2016 Laramie Power Wagon purchased new off the lot. Power Wagon is a package you can add to the other 2500 models like Laramie and base Tradesman. The splashy Power Wagon graphics model you are used to is essentially the middle tier model with Power Wagon package. If you ordered a Tradesman or Laramie you had the option of the Power Wagon graphics or not. Usually Laramie Power Wagon builds did not get built with the graphics. Now it may be true that as of 2018 you couldn't actually order a Laramie Power Wagon combo but you can essentially get there by ordering the Power Wagon and adding all the other packages. I know for a fact that into 2017 you could get a Laramie with the Power Wagon package. I drive one daily. If I could post a picture I would. Use the Google man instead running your mouth like a dip shit.

The Jeep May be great off-road, but the power wagon is a close match, and could tow the Jeep, haul the family, and than some.

That's why I have it, and it tows the jeep to Moab because I will assume the jeep will break and I still wheel the truck just as hard!

Are those E-load rated tires on the Power Wagon? If so, what’s your experience been with airing down that much?

Yes they are the E load. The lower you air them down the better they work.
