Why are poeple complaining about the rims and the lowered suspension. This is a costum and its good looking. I've seen some muscle cars looking far worse than this

Scrap metal old car's are just that old car's. What is the deal? 6000 pound rolling death trap plus its loud i guarantee you its uncomfortable plus i bet it rides like a log wagon and it dosent have half the power of my Cadillac. And it probably dosent have AC ??

You know, a muscle like this Chevelle is actually pretty rare with that engine is pretty rare than those Chevelles with the Chevy 350 small block engines.

Put some 15" SS wheel or 15" Cragar SS on it and it would look 100% better,  low profile tires and big rims look stupid on a classic muscle car

My favorite car...but those wheels? Why? You can buy factory replicas that fit 16", 17" tires. My 65 & 67 corvettes have factory replicas. I'm a stickler for original.

      mrhazel In reply to Taterater134

uh, let me see,  because torque thrusts are a 60's-70's style wheel.  and those little bias ply and 14 inch rallies won't fit over big brakes.  get into the new age. make a muscle car turn a corner instead of leaning over in them...

Nice car, but I don't care much for those wheels/tires either...not on this car.  This car deserves some nice 50/60 series radials on some classic 15" wheel.  One advantage to the wheels he's got are they're virtually can see what I don't think anyone has mentioned yet.  He's got front and rear didn't come from the factory that way, So his entire drive train may actually be able to use most of that power.  This sure isn't a stock Chevelle, but that's fine by me

The car is sweet as are the rims.. ghetto????
Bad choice of words..and foose sports alot of big wheels on low profile tires..makes the old schools look badd ass.. and there are still plenty of "timers" cruisin with the "OLD STYLE CREAGERS" but to come across good ones these days cost just as much as the new.. read up on some rims "THE NEW STYLE CREAGERS OR AMERICAN RACING WHEELS OR CENTERLINES" 18's 20's whatever w/LOW PROFILE tires~ JUST SEXY ON ANY ROD ;P
      I have a 69 grand prix..on 20's
      A 65 fleetside c10 18's front 20's rear..slightly lowerd and sexy!
A 85 grand prix on old stly creagers that the 69 was purchased with 20 yrs ago..switch up is nice .. enjoy the looks and love the ride...
      Just sayin'
