Here is a video of how the new Ranger handles a hill in 2wd. How the Locking Diff works. How does it work with Vehicle Stability turned off. How does it go with 4wd engaged. See the new Ranger in action in snowy conditions. The grade on the hill was 14% per iPhone app Measure. Call Matt Scott the Rapid City Ford guy for your next Ford vehicle. Thanks, Matt Scott. 605-431-9877

Great video! Was there really a recall on the transmission already?

Hey Clarence, there is a recall. It is not a stop sale so you can still just go in and buy one the recall should be done. Just have them check it. Funny how the internet finds everything. It is great that people are well informed. Always ask when you buy a new or used car if the car has any open recalls. Any good dealer will find out for you. Thanks for the comment and I am glad you liked the video. Thanks Matt

Hey Jim Jim, Yeah Recalls suck. They happen with quite a few new vehicles unfortunately. Luckily Ford has a fix and it is a fairly easy one. Thanks for the comment. Have you driven one yet? They are pretty impressive. I sold Toyota’s for over 10 years and the new Ranger is the best competition for the Toyota I have driven.
